Timeless Sunsets Decks and Patios

a little overpriced but I guess you get what you pay for...

When I called them, they cme right away, and the whole process went very quickly. It was raining so much, but they kept us informed when it would be dry to go ahead with the painting. They did the stain and painting in one day . George and Don were just great with their helping us make some tough decisions. I will use them again. Lillian and Jerry Howalt.

I must say I was very surprised to have a beautiful deck within one week of meeting with Dan and John. Dan came to meet with us the same day we put in a request and we met the project manager, John a day after. Val and his crew came out and had everything taken care of in 2 days! They did an amazing job and were very professional. We had everyone's cell phone number so that we could call or text anytime for anything. I'd definitely recommend Timeless Sunsets & Decks. Overall nice experience and friendly to work with.

Don, the guy that came out to talk to us, was very professional and knew exactly what we wanted. He also offered suggestions that we didn't think of. Glad I went with my gut and hired Timeless Sunsets.

Every member of the team was very professional and great to work with - from the sales team to the carpentry team to the painter and plumber - friendly and professional. The team was in communications throughout the project so I never had to wonder what was going on or what was happening next. My only regret is not doing this work sooner - we've been enjoying the patio so much more without fighting the bugs. Love it!!

Workers were here on time, worked a full day each day, and worked hard. We had 3 decks built/rebuilt and/or enlarged. The quality of the decks is exceptional.....and we are now having them do even more work in another area. This company is honest and reliable and we highly recommend them. Their prices are competitive and fair.

Sales rep and owner both very helpful with design choices. Work crew professional, focused and diligent. We had a week long break in construction but they made sure there were no safety issues to deal with in the interim. We're very pleased with the end result.

Difficult to get carpenter back for us to show problems. Told us he'd be back-no show/call. Sanders/deck stainers did poor job. Expected top job for the price. Poorly mitered corners, we had to screw down parts of deck to stop movement, etc. Wood turning dark--not sealed properly, some splintering. It's an OK job, but I wouldn't use them again. Also, deck size is shorter than I was promised and they left boards attached underneath that was supposed to be removed once cement dry and deck stable.

Provided great design expertise. Very prompt and courteous employees. We would highly recommend this company.

Make sure you know the quality of the material used and hold to a real time period. I had a sun room replaced and porch with arbor built and the quality of some finishing material was questionable. You need to see the plans prior to start or project. I love the guys Don, John & George. They just need some guidance at times.

Outstanding craftsmanship and a bit pricey but we'll worth it. I understand that they probably subcontract some jobs out but a fleet of matching vehicles and company tee shirts for their workers would be more professional. I get lots of compliments on the finished job and recommend their business to others.

They performed an excellent job on building a stand-a-lone, elevated deck and stair case.

I wrote a review previously and want to update. The deck built was actually beautiful. However, after completion we found saw cuts. We called him and after three no shows of promises to replace the board, I called the owner George. He was unaware of the issue and showed up at our home in less than an hour. We were informed that that builder no longer worked for them and we immediately had the boards replaced and stained to our satisfaction. The deck is large and we are extremely happy with it. I will recommend Timeless to anyone. Great company!
