Timeless Sunsets Decks and Patios

Great job. Steve did an amazing job. Everything went very smoothly, the salesman Jon dealt with the POA for us and the finished deck exceeded our expectations.

We are very pleased with our composite deck and arbor built by timeless sunsets. It is solid and beautiful. Jorge and Lalo have a great work ethic and loads of talent. We had an issue with the design just after they started the arbor, so I called George Atuna, president of timeless sunsets, and he met with me the very next morning. We came up with a better design and without missing a beat, they built the perfect outdoor space for us!

The absolute only reason I did not give 5 full stars was that I was a concerned when the work did not start when stated; however, once started, the work was completed as promised. The designer/sales rep was very knowledgable; listened to what I had in mind; and ultimately the deck turned out perfect. The deck was/is well built and I would describe the stain crew as "neat perfectionists". Very satisifed customer.

This was a porch cover. Salesman claimed no money before the project totally complete and satisfaction, yet the owner was on our doorstep wanting money as soon as construction was complete yet there was still issues and the staining had not been completed. There was writing on the boards that had to be fixed which caused a lite place on the board after staining and the roofer had to come back and caulk the fireplace. Stated he used clear caulk, but came back and re-caulked. Instead of using cedar posts, used treated and wrapped the post leaving gaps in the cedar. Not a bad job, but could have been better for the price.

The workers were simply outstanding. They were very professional and my wife and I are very pleased with the deck they built. My only complaint is management pulled them off the project without letting me or my wife know. That action caused my wife to miss an appointment because she was home waiting on the workers to show up and they never did. I understand that things may and will happen however it would have been very courteous of the company to let us know. But over all, we are happy customers.

Don't judge them by their age. The brothers did super work.

Great Work

Great design, they were the low bid and no regrets. Deck needed some minor repair after one year and they did it no charge.

Arrived on time. Did an excellent job. Could not ask for better results. Will hire them again for my front deck. Thank you guy's.

No money required to begin building - an old school, hand-shake deal. The building crew was professional and quick, in and out in two days for my 12x12 deck. Enjoying the craftsmanship and the look of the addition. Internal communication wasn't very good I had builders show up without a 24 hour heads up. Turned out to be a great bunch of guys and they are definitely on my short list to call for other projects

Be sure you know exactly what you want, and research before hand

Don was a fantastic salesman. He quickly understood what we envisioned our deck should look like. He examined our property and made recommendations to include aesthetics and safety. Once we were satisfied with the recommendations and signed a contract, Don called the owner, John, and he met us at the house. Despite several days of rain, the project was started soon afterwards by Jeremy and his brother. The deck was completely built in less than 72 hours. I am thoroughly impressed with their workmanship. The only thing left is to have the deck stained and sealed. This occurs after three weeks. I put a significant down payment and financed the remainder of the balance for a year. George worked well with me and their financial institution, Foundation Finance, was excellent in dealing with. Overall, the experience with Timeless Sunsets far exceeded my expectations. I look forward in using them for Phase II of my deck when the time comes. I highly recommend Timeless Sunsets for your deck creation.

We were very happy with the quality of the work performed. All the workmen/women were very professional and very polite folks. Got here when they said the would be here and worked hard until finished. Really appreciated that the CEO, George, came to our home to check how the work was progressing.
