Very professional. Suggested money saving ways to attractively repair rather than replace the entire structure. Crew that did the work were courtious and worked quickly.

Actually they did the deck in a sort of timely fashion. Nothing quick about them as they contract the work out. I was not impressed with the materials used. Being originally from the Pacific Northwest, I am used to using cedar for decking materials. Here they use pine, which is a stronger wood but unattractive and tends to warp and pull up in this heat. I can see having to replace the deck in a much shorter period of time than if it was cedar.

Scott at Timeless Sunsets was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative during estimate of our deck. The estimated timeframe they gave to start and complete our deck project was fairly right on. We did request a small addition primarily for safety, which did take them almost 2 months later to come back and complete; the 2 months was not such a big deal, as everything else was great. John handled the crew, headed by Jorge who did outstanding work on our deck. They kept kept us informed in the process. The workmanship and quality they put into it was very evident. Lastly, the quoted price never changed, not to mention it was quite reasonable to begin with. I highly recommend Timeless Sunsets for your deck needs.

I wish that I could rate these folks higher than five stars! Our deck project was a large, multi-level deck with over 700 square feet with several terrain challenges. The design and construction team overcame each challenge and built us a deck that will last for a lifetime in just two weeks! The whole process was great from beginning to end. The builders worked tirelessly in the August heat to give us a deck that we are extremely proud of and it has changed the character of our lake house for the better. The price that Timeless Sunsets gave us was the best of the companies from which we solicited bids and was exactly what was charged at the end of the job. This deck is absolutely top notch quality! If you have a deck to build, hire these folks. You won't be sorry!

unwilling to come back and fix mistakes on sprinkler system they disabled wrongly and buried underground. Did not meet their promise to get hoa approval and fast tracked project so it was too late to back off from agreement

We ended up not doing the project. However, their customer service was excellent. The presentation and ideas were impeccable. If we had proceeded with the project, Timeless would have been our first choice. Thank you Timeless for sharing your time and expertise.

They do quality work at a fair price. The project was completed in the time frame promised. Overall I was very happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

George came by to discuss project as many times as needed, even before a contract was signed. Whenever we had questions, he replied in a timely manner. Materials used were high quality, and the craftsmanship of his crew very high quality.

George and Scott did everything they could to make us happy. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Val’s crew came out and had my patio built within 6 hours. Very impressed!!! Just waiting on staining and will recommend them to anyone!!

They did a great job, I love my deck. Only advice I give, during the sales portion they should make the client aware of the possible grass damage that can be caused and if you do not put a skirt around the deck, the piles of dirt they leave. They did tell me the dirt will go down over time, but I would recommend you tell them to spread the dirt out

Scott, who came to our home and bid the job, was cordial, professional and laid back -- NO high pressure. We received a discount for going thru Home Advisor! The 3-man crew assembled the wood frame for our 12x30-foot deck in one afternoon with minimal mess. They returned the next afternoon with the Trex composite planks and finished the deck in an afternoon. It's beautiful! Thank you, George (owner of the company, who supervised the start of the project and made final inspection).

George was very knowledgeable about decking and gave me recommendations to make the project even better. Had couple of spots in painting I noticed and George came out and fixed it himself the next day. Great guy and would hire again.

Highly recommend Timeless Sunsets if you want excellent quality work for a reasonable price. George who manages the company is great to work with as he is open to both small and big jobs. I initially started small with a deck repair job but actually ended getting a beautiful arbor built atop the deck. His carpentry and painting crew are top notch and I will surely consult with them in future projects. Talk to TS before committing to anyone else.
