Description of Work: Our home is 10 years old and has an extensive amount of Travertine tile floors in the kitchen, hallways, bath rooms and utility room. They were very dull looking and didn't look good. Also there were several places that substances got spilled and damaged the finish. I got several bids from flooring contractors and decided to go with Ryan's estimate with Stone Care of TX. I am so happy that I did! The price we were charged for our job was very reasonable compared to some of the other bids we received too. I wish I had done this ten years ago when we bought this house. Our floors have never looked this good before. They are now gleaming and shine like a mirror finish.Even the damaged spots have been repaired and we cannot see where they were anymore. Jorge and Chris our technicians were very prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, nice and professional to deal with. It took them about a day and a half to complete our job. We are very pleased with everything and are happy to leave this 5 star review to recommend for everyone to use them. Thank you,

+ -1 moreMy experience was not good. Richard came to our house, looked at the tile, measured the floors and gave us a quote for stripping the floor down to the tiles and resealing. Technicians then came to the house twice. This first time cleaned the tile and grout well but took a lot of effort. The second cleaned the tile, but left the grout spotty. When I called to schedule a cleaning, Richard said he just did not want to do the work. I would be careful about him honoring his quote. There are several other tile/saltillo cleaners out there.
Description of Work: test samples to stripping and sealing our saltillo tile.
