We needed our garbage disposer replaced after our undermount sink fell and cracked the old disposer. I called three different plumbers for estimates on the cost of a new disposer as well as the cost of installing it. Tim gave me an estimate over the phone of $200-$250, assuming that there might be some new pipes/parts required in addition to the new disposer. He said the cost would be lower if he could use all the existing plumbing. The other two plumbing companies both quoted me more than $300 for replacing the disposer; although to their credits, they both came to the house to provide a free estimate, whereas Tim said he only gave free estimates over the phone. I needed the work to be done the following morning, and Tim delivered...he arrived on time, with another plumber available to help him. It only took him 30 minutes! He was polite, professional, and efficient. And, in the end, it cost me even less than his estimate because he didn't need any additional parts. How refreshing to find someone who isn't trying to sell something that isn't needed! I will definitely call him again and will recommend him to others.
