DeAnn was awesome. Instead of bashing my current realtor and their company she provided input and explained some of the processes that hadn't been given to me. I already had an appointment with a more senior realtor from the current company to discuss my concerns. She told me to meet with them and if they could meet my needs to continue with them so that I didn't have to start over from scratch.

We went to find a house with him and we put a bid in then we had to go to Virginia. We put in an offer for the house and then the Realtor said that there were a couple of more offers about 10000 dollars more than we offered. The Realtor said that we had to come up with 10000 more dollars to buy the house but we found out it sold for the price we originally offered. There was another house we agreed on a price for. Apparently the broker on the other end and our guy had problems. Our Realtor decided he didn't want to mess with the other company. We e-mailed him that we didn't think that it was going to work out with him and he agreed.
