Very well! We selected and ordered carpet in Feb. It was delivered and installed early Mar. Installers were very good - friendly and professional. We were originally charged extra for moving some extra heavy furniture, but we were able to move that ourselves. Lowes refunded the original charge. Special recognition to Richard and Frank, the installers. Also, to Jacob, assistant manager at Lowes, who took care of our refund.

I always have a good experience at Lowe?s. It?s very clean and organized. They are a little pricey but they have good customer service and variety. Their service is very good. They are very military-friendly and there is always somebody there that would help me. I can go to their service desk and they take care of me.

The store itself is not that great, but the people that they contract jobs out to get the job done are really good.

They are very disorganized and it's difficult to find products.

They were able to schedule the install within 48 hours. The contractors did a fantastic job, door is a better fit than the original one ever was.

After shopping around, Sears, Home Depot, we found that the staff in the appliance department at this Lowes, were the best. Had good knowledge of the products, they sell, helpful, telling us about discounts that were in force, warranty, giving us advice that we needed to full fill our needs. They delivered on the day and within an hour of the time they said they would. Even helped us clean the dust up that was where the old one was. A Good experience. We are happy with the stove which has been use for 7 months now.

The estimate was the 35 dollar cost for whole house and we were told that the contractor could customize our estimate for all three ideas we were looking at. The estimate came a couple of days later via a phone call from the contractor for 5100 dollars(for whole house at 964 sq ft) and I thought that was about 1200 dollars high. I went to Lowe's to talk to there rep (Matt) and ask about the other two options we had talked about. He could not find our file. Went into the computer and pulled up our estimate. While it was on screen I started asking about a 800 dollar charge for leveling compound and and 600 for crack filler. Said our floors were not level. Asked how he knew that and he said the contractor puts a level on the floor and determines that. Told him the estimator never used a leveler while he was there. He looked at me funny and responded that's what was reported. I asked him for a print out of the estimate but he had problems with the printer. Once fixed and printing he tried to up sell me on some more expensive flooring. Once the printer had stopped he gave me the original estimate and said it would be a couple of days for the other estimates. We got a call for one other estimate on the two small bedrooms alone for 1600 dollars. Went back to Lowe's and spoke to another gentleman who was more interested in getting me to apply for a Lowe's credit card than anything else. I left in disgust and felt like I was dealing with some shady used car salesmen. I vowed to myself that I would not contract with Lowe's for anything. Conclusion: We pulled the carpet, cleaned and etched the concrete and sealed it ourselves. For a few hundred dollars.

I bought a Solid oak entertainment shelf from a garage sale that did not have any shelves (the sellers had lost them in a move). From Lowes, I Had help picking out the best wood and stain to match my shelves and they even cut them to the exact measurements that i gave them. I bought the unit for 100$ and spent about 60$ of stain and wood. The entertainment unit looks like new and I get tons of compliments on it. Thanks to lowes I was able to know what I was doing. Later on that year I had to replace part of my Fence. One of their employees helped me go through each of the Fencing boards to help me pick out the best ones. The fence post were average price, but cant beat the customer service, They even loaded them into my truck

What I like about them is that it's convenient. It's a nice place to shop. And the people are friendly.

I used them because they had the best price on the product that I needed.

I just bought some paint brushes. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

The experience is usually good with them. I will continue to use them.

They were very punctual. I was very happy with the sub contractors. They did quality work and followed up afterwards. I would highly recommend using Lowe's because they make the subs do the work and have no problem with them.

The plumbers arrived on time did an excellent job of replacing the sink and faucet and were done in two hours.

It went very smoothly. I went in picked out my carpet and pad then scheduled a time for the installer to come out and look at my house. They then came in moved my furniture. The carpet was installed in a few hours. It still looks great even with three kids and a dog

Good overall. When ordering appliances at this store, request LeAnn. She is dedicated, polite, professional and works magic. Details: On 5/24, visited Lowe's after some online clothes washer research. Lowe's had our desired model (but nothing in stock) so we placed a special order with Brian in appliances. Brian told us it would take about 2 weeks for order to come in - 10 days at earliest if lucky. Called back store after 10 days to check status, but not in yet. Next business day we received a voice mail/call that our washer special order had been back-ordered for an extra 10 day delay. Called back Lowe's and was connected to LeAnn. We discussed the back order issue and she said she would check other store availability. She called us back and said she found a unit at another store and put us on the delivery schedule for that Thursday (6/09) morning - great! Thursday morning passed with no pre-delivery phone call. Called Lowe's and spoke to Carla, a delivery manager (?). She had no record of us on the morning delivery schedule, so she contacted LeAnn (who was not in-store that day) and confirmed unit was onsite. Carla then scheduled us for immediate delivery. Lowe's delivered within half-hour after call, installed, and picked up old unit. Everything worked well. Some of the employees we worked with provided the stock answer of and quot;it has to be special ordered and no other stores have it inand quot;. LeAnn actually checked and found us a unit that could be delivered close to the original quoted delivery date - so we didn't experience an additional 10-day back order delay. Not sure if Lowe's has computer/inventory status problems or just lacking order-continuity processes, but my recommendation is to ensure to work with their top performers: LeAnn and Carla.

On May 15th, our 6 month old built in refrigerator failed. While we have a secondary freezer, we do not have a secondary fridge. We called our salesman to see if getting a loaner fridge from Lowe's was a possibility. He went to management, who accommodated us. Good thing, as we have had the loaner now for nearly 3 weeks, while we deal very a very inept appliance repair company (which I have reported on Angies list as well). Yes, we spent alot of money, but Lowe's unwrapped a brand new fridge and loaned it to us. They didn't have to and we are grateful they did. Thank you Lowe's-Schertz!!

They were good. They were very reliable. I did shopping using the catalog from their website. I like them and I will use them again in the future.

In the begining this was a nightmare. We intially contacted City Fence received a bid, but they failed to contact us until the day the job was completed. We went to Lowe's and were impressed with the stores attention to detail and their willingness to match the bid from City Fence. Every thing was good until it was time to start the work with the initial contractor from Lowe's. The initial contractor was late, failed to pull proper permits, lied to Lowe's and ourselves about pulling permits, and times they would show. Lowe's stepped up and pulled the first contractor (Kraft Painting) We are not real sure on their company actual name since they told us several names during the process. Lowe's stepped up and brought in Total Maintenance to complete the job. The owner of Total Mainteance was quick to pull the proper permits. His crew was knowledgable, friendly and very good at their job. They explained things as they went along and went so far as to replace a picket that was warped on the neighbors portion of the fence because it didn't "look right". Lowe's management and the store were in constant contact with us and the install team to ensure that the inital problems were resolved and we were satisfied with the job. The Install Sales Manager from Lowe's came by after the job was completed and we explained how the inital compnay had left a bitter taste in our mouth. The Install Sales Manager explained that Lowe's was revamping their process to ensure that this never happens again. Juan called us the next day, after the job was completed and ensured our satisfaction and brought back our faith that Lowe's puts customer satisfaction on top of their priority list. I will return to Lowe's after this job soley because of the way Lowe's took an initially bad situation and made it right. I highly recommend that you request Total Maintenance to install your fencing when working with Lowe's.

We were missing some parts to the doorknobs and it took way to long to get them. It was almost like someone forgot to order them. It was not a good experience. Someone should have been on top of it. There was some miscommunication somewhere when it came to order. I felt like their product was overpriced but they were what we wanted. The quality of the door knobs were good. Next time I need something I'll check around for prices first before I go to Lowes.

I didn't have a very good purchasing experience with them. The dishwasher we bought from them was dented when we bought it. I got the impression that one of their sales associates didn't want to be bothered. I kind of got the impression that he was having a bad day. When he found out that we weren't going to purchase anything that day he kind of faded away. I won't go to that store again. But in another store, there was a younger man who went way out of his way to help us. He knew that we weren't buying anything that day but he was still was very helpful. I thought that the price for the dishwasher was too expensive even though it was suppose to be one of the best ones. I wouldn't have bought it but my husband wanted it. The quality of the dishwasher has been good. I won't purchase another appliance from them if I can help it.

The employees from Lowes gave me an estimate and helped me order the doors. They came out and installed it all. The installation took a day. I discovered that there was a problem with the ordering process. They ordered a part and replaced it for me, free of charge. They were very prompt. I had a few problems with my door and they came out and fixed it.

We had to make a special order and I recently got the call that they were already in ahead of schedule. They have a done a great job of keeping in touch with me and communicating the progress of the job which is not yet complete.

We bought the flooring and they installed it. There was this wonderful lady in the team who came and she was very knowledgeable about flooring. We took her expertise in doing the job as she had many years of experience in flooring. The guy from this company came to our house, took measurements, told us how much it would cost and what were the extra materials needed. Everything went well and the house looks good after the work was finished.

We hired lowes to have someone come out and measure for the flooring, they were punctual and willing to answer any and all questions regarding the installation. Ordered the wood and had it installed, everyone was extremely punctual and professional. All four rooms were installed in three days and the workers cleaned up at the end of each day. I will definatley hire Lowes again for more work on our house. Also all of the extra materials were returned to Lowes for a refund!!
