Description of Work: I used Last Call Plumbing Inc for Remodeling - Kitchen & Bathroom, Concrete - Pouring & Repair and plumbing. We put in a complete bathroom from scratch, he ran all the plumbing, he had to break up concrete. Installed the bathroom downstairs so it was complete I mean from nothing no plumbing in it all down there to installing everything.

+ -1 moreI called Last Call Plumbing on 7/2/2015 per Lowe's recommendation. The receptionist quoted $115 an hour to install hot water tank. I thought that?s an acceptable quote, compare to 3 other quotes, so we scheduled the work on 7/10. Two young men came and did the job in about 2 and half hours. Than gave me an invoice of $904. They insisted on they always charge $575 for water tank Than they added many hidden cost like $150 for permit, $100 for difficult access (my water tank is on first floor, ten steps away from entrance). One of the young man is the son of the owner of Last Call Plumbing, his attitude is not commendable and unprofessional. After some disputes and the owner lower the invoice to $549.13.
Description of Work: Low quote to get the job than charged different rate plus unquoted fees on site.

Description of Work: Attempted to clean out clogged sewer drain @ kitchen clean out. Found a broken drain line under foundation. I elected to use IGWT plumbing to repair the broken line since they were slightly cheaper and the work was performed by an actual master plumbing.

+ 0 moreHe came out on short notice the day before Thanksgiving when we were having a house full of family. He did a fine job, but there were some issues with the local building inspector. Much more of a problem with the inspector than with the plumber. His rates were comparable with other quotes, but came when we needed him and returned at our convenience to make the modifications necessary to appease the building inspector. Great locally owned family business. They really appreciate your business and will do what it takes to make you satisfied.

Description of Work: This would not be the LAST Call I would make with this company, I would not make any call to this company. When I called Last Call Plumbing I spoke with who I thought was the owner of the business, I explained to him that the plumber I employed to install a sewer clean out found the sewer line was not draining. My plumber told me that I will need a camera run to find if the sewer line had a break, as he did not have a camera. The clean-out was left unfinished to make it easier for camera access. After I explained all this and told whomever I spoke to that there was water in the line. I was told that you can still run a camera, but needed to look at the situation and could send a crew out. I asked if this would be considered the free estimate and was told yes. We agreed on a time of 3:00pm. I left work early and waited. I called the office at 4:30 and was told that the crew should be at my house by now. I was going to cancel because it was getting dusk and seeing the problem in the dark didn't make sense. The crew arrived at 5:00 and sat in the truck in the front of my house until 5:30. When the doorbell rang, I was met with a strong odor of marijuana. I should have told them to leave and shut the door, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and showed the two guys the clean out. The two guy stood with their hands in their pockets looking down at the clean-out and told me that they could not run a camera that you would not be able to see anything that the sewer line would need to be drained/flushed in order to get a good visual. I asked for suggestions, but they just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. At that suggestion, I walked them out to the front and told them that when the line drained I would give them a call. I thought the whole situation quite strange, but nonetheless went inside. A few minutes later the doorbell rang and was presented an invoice for $49.00 for a service call. I told him that this was a free estimate as per his boss. I then called the office again and was told that this was considered a service call, and when I reminded him of our previous conversation he gave some excuse of scheduling the camera service and the service call would be waived. I told him this is a shell game and hung up. I went ahead and wrote a check and reinstated on the on the invoice that this was to be a free estimate, but I pay my obligations whether I agree or not. |I DO NOT recommend this company, I would highly recommend any other plumber than this swindler. I wouldn't open my door to these pot-heads, beware!

+ 0 moreYou pay by the hour and these guys gave me my money's worth! My house has been vacant for three months so there was lots of scale built up in the faucets, especially in the outside faucet. The water barely dripped out. They fixed that after putting in a new cast iron sink and faucet and unclogging the drain in the air conditioner pan that had caused a water leak in my ceiling. They made it all seem so easy. I am so pleased with their work.
Description of Work: Replaced my kitchen sink, unclogged my a/c drain, replaced the faucet outside that was full of lime scale.

+ -1 moreI had contracted Last Call Plumbing last year and didn't hesitate to hire them again this year. They replaced the kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets. I had no problem scheduling the work with them right away on my first call. They arrived promptly at 3 pm, as agreed. Carlos Kutza and his assistance worked diligently as soon as they arrived to the house. Between the two, they removed the old faucets and installed the new ones in one hour and 20 minutes. They were very professional and courteous. I would hire them again for any plumbing job needed.

They had to install a faucet twice because the first one was defective and it leaked, so we had to run to Home Depot to get new faucets. Their price was faired for the amount of work and time spent at the house.

+ 0 moreRepairs were completed in a timely manner. Both bathroom and kitchen are working well and we are happy with the repairs. The "B" in punctuality was because our appointment was at noon and the repair guys didn't show up until 1:30 pm. We had to call them to find out where they were and when they would be arriving. The "C" in professionalism was because of the foul language used in our home while the work was being completed. I realize that may not bother some folks which is why I included it in this comentary. In every other way they were professional.
Description of Work: Augered drain by washing machine as it kept backing up into the kitchen sink and leaking. Repaired toilet and sink in bathroom as well.

+ -1 moreCalled the plumber we've used for years. Found out that they had retired and turned their business over to Last Call Plumbing. Made an appointment to have the plumber come out to fix the leaky bathroom shower faucet. Was surprised at the cost when the job was finished. The plumber was at the house for less than 1 hour and the labor cost was over $100. We priced the parts and found them for much less than the plumber charged. We won't be calling them again.

+ 0 moreAnswered my initial call (didn't get an answering machine). He was tied up and said he'd call back in 30 minutes and he did. Told me it would take 30 minutes to get to my house and it took less. Quickly identified the problem. Quoted $225 for the work but negotiated to $175. Said the work would take about an hour and it did. Tested replaced pipe and it appears to be running without a leak. Asked a couple other plumbing questions, and he answered them. I'm pleased.
Description of Work: Major plumbing leak underneath pier/beam house coming from pipe to outside faucet. Solder broke on pipe. Went underneath house in crawl space and replaced broken pipe and faucet.
