Couldn't be happier with the work performed. Seth and the team 100% delivered what they said they would do. The guys were friendly, quick, and took great care in making sure everything was perfect!

Overall the results were ok but the process was not what I was expecting. Main thing is I always expect that something can come up during the project that was unforeseen and might require extra work and costs. However, I expect this to be communicated first and the agree on the additional work and costs. When I asked for additional work, we agreed on additional costs. Then when something came up that required more work, it was t brought up until after the fact. I thought it was covered bass on the agreed scope. We ended up splitting the difference , which was not that much in the grand scheme of things, but still not a good process. Especially since the contractor never came by during the work until the end and it was over. It also took 12 days vs the 8 we had planned. The crew was good, but was expecting the gc to be more involved for the money. If you decided to use them, just make sure to detail everything and get costs by item.

Affordable and did exactly what we needed done. Crew covered our floors and furniture with painters plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete.

Great experience with JHS! They did a wonderful job reinstalling my window shutter. Excellent service from start to finish and they offer a military discount.

I cannot say enough good things about Jyra. Seth was quick to come out and give us a quote. He is one of the nicest, most patient people you will meet. Prices are great and the process has been quick overall. We needed a lot of ceiling and wall repairs after 4 separate leaks, and we had popcorn removed with new texture and paint applied. The new repairs/updates look incredible and I absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs/improvement.

Perfect dry wall repair

Communication with employees was awful, they could not speak any English. We were quoted $550 to repair the ceiling. However we found other parts of the ceiling that needed repair, we would then quoted $660. However, when we went to pay, it was $1600 but because they took so long he would reduce it to $1225, 3x the original quote. When the employees left, they did not clean up - I had white powder all over my furniture and floors. He did have them come back to clean. Not once did the owner come to our house to see what work needed to be done before anything was quoted, his employees sent him pictures. The only one who had any compassion was Efrain, he was the supervisor of the employees. I would never, use this company again.

Will definitely hire this company again for my next project. These guys were awesome and did a great job on my home.

I am more used to doing things by phone calls, so it was different for me to do most of everything just by texting or computer. That being said, the contact person Seth was easy to deal with and overall responsive to questions. I would have given them a 5/5, but they were due at 8-830 to do the job, and didn't tell me that it had changed to 1030-11 till I contacted them when they were not on site by 930. The actual painter, I believe his name was Denny was excellent. He did a really professional job, cleaned up, very neat, and courteous.

Hired to replace damaged fascia. Done a good job. Easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

There was no sign on the vehicle to indicate who the people at the door were. The workers did not wear uniforms or even a patch on their shirts to indicate who they were. My biggest concern was NO masks and no indication that antiseptic cleaner was used. Bugs were left in the light fixture when it was returned to ceiling. I told one of the workers that I was going to be out on the patio. But the crew left without telling me they were going or letting me check their work.

The job was done in a timely manner. Will absolutely be hiring them for my next project!
