***ALERT Military & 1st Responders*** I am a previous customer, recently requested replacement of previous installed gutters done 7 yrs ago after recent roof replacement. Issue with Gutter Masters is not the craftsmanship ***Poor Customer Service from Sandy Barsness *** Highlights of customer service issues: - short curt communication - communicate via text and not respond to phone calls - does not value existing customers - does not offer ANY form of payment other than credit card (will not work with you to preserve the security of your cc information via offering any other forms or payment) - mentioned how busy they were...in context of experience, did not translated to a value of customer (came across as if we do not need or want your business). As a disabled military veteran and emergency responder who ofter works short-term nationally and internationally for our communities and country, I felt blown off by Gutter Masters' Sandy Barsness. *Good news- I found another highly reputable company in business longer and communicates professionally and offers options to customers. Will provide review for others to use.

Great. Showed up on time. Work done in a timely fashion.

Got here on time. Very courteous. Did the work requested. Walked me thru their work for approval. Then left.

They showed up on time but failed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Initial survey went well and captured my requirements the first time very friendly.

Wonderful job clean not guys and equipment. Came early – finished on time. Everybody happy! Great job.

After the repairman came out and assessed and quoted $149 to fix the gap in the gutter. I received a call from the owner Sandy and she proceed to tell me that once they received the $149 in full, she would then schedule the services, and tgat there's no guarantee on gutter repairs.....I strongly feel that no services should be paid for before services are rendered and that any Service. Repair .....should come with some kind of warranty, even if it's just 30 days worth......I will not do business with this company under those terms.....This is rediculous, because first of all we shouldn't even be having gutter problems, especially being just one years old........I will find another company that is reputable and customer caring, before I use a company like this

They did an excellent job. My overall experience was really good. The price was less than I expected. Both the estimate crew and the service crew were very responsive, punctual, and professional. The explanations were clear and service was as promised.

I puchased my home brand new in July 2011 and wanted to install gutters on it. I found out that Guttermasters is contracted by my builder to install gutters on all of the new homes in my development. The owner came out to my home, measured, walked the perimeter of my home and came up with a design for the install. I was satisfied with the color selection, "40 Year Warranty" and the price ($1099 installed). The work was done on time and for the price quoted. Less than 2 months from date of installation, I noticed that one of the gutters in the rear of my home was overflowing and leaking. I contacted them immediately. One of their technicians (Ray) came to inspect it. Ray indicated that an additonal downspout was needed and quoted me an addtional $99 + tax to install it. I assumed that the owner of this company would know my roofline and how the water flows off of it since he's installed all of the new homes in my neighborhood built by my builder, Chesmar Homes. I was thoroughly disappointed in this response after just spending over $1K on this "home improvement". Fast forward to 2013, it's still less than 2 years since this product was installed and I now have NUMEROUS leaks in these gutters. I reviewed my paperwork and I did sign off on a 1 year warranty on WORKMANSHIP. I contacted them and received a call back from the owner listed as Sandy. I explained to Sandy the issue and she advised me that "maintainance" needs to be done which entails "inspecting the sealant" and then "adjusting the gutters" due to shifting of the home. For ANOTHER $99, they would come out and perform this task (my contract says only $79). There are no trees or any debris in my gutters to cause this issue, other than their WORKMANSHIP. I also explained to Sandy that I was not happy in the way they handled my concern shortly after the install. I believe they should've designed my gutter system with the appropriate number of downspouts taking the pitch of my roof into account...especially since they've installed gutter systems on this exact same floorplan on numouers homes in this development. Sandy responded by stating to me that they "are not Gods" and can't predict how water will run off my roof. Needless to say, I was shocked. I thought I was dealing with professionals who understand rooflines and water run off as it pertains to gutters... There was no offer by Sandy to resolve this in any way, short of paying them more money. No offer to provide a complimentary trip to see the gutters, test for leaks or even a discount of the "adjustment" she describes as "maintainance" to satisfy a customer. In fact, I question this adjustment is even needed. My facia boards have not "shifted" as Sandy suggested as a reason for the leaky gutters - sight unseen. Rather, Sandy just referred me to the contract where I initialed their 1 Year Warranty on WORKMANSHIP. I advised Sandy that I would provide this factual account of my dealings with her and her company, Guttermasters. She then said that since I was "threatening" her by doing so, there was really nothing left to say and that it was my perrogotive. I told her it certainly was and the call ended. Sandy, this is EXACT reason why Angie's List exists. Consumers beware.

They were scheduled between 11 and 1 and showed up right at 11. They got right to work and was finished in about an hour. They were very quick, neat and cleaned up after they finished. The gutters look great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install gutters. Give them a call. The estimates are free and I believe you would decide to go with this company after you see there prices and how professional they are. They were a pleasure to work with.

I had somebody tell me that they had installed them incorrectly so they came back out and didn't charge me because I was an existing customer. They made some sort of changes on them. They are fair. I don't know if they did it wrong because they said there is some shifting of the soil and settling. The lady on the phone said they were going to charge but the technician said they wouldn't charge. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. Their prices are fair. They responded quickly and came out right on time. The technician was very professional.

Came out to give us a free estimate within 2 days of contacting them. Discussed options for the placement of the downspout and we chose one. Good selection of colors. Arranged for the work to be done the following week. Arrived on time, finished in 45 minutes. We thought the price was fair and the work professional.

They gave me a great product at a great price. Plus they gave me a military discount.

They were very good. They came back to fix a leak and also gave us a 1 year warranty on the work. It is a family owned business.
