I can't say enough what an amazing realtor Donna and her team are. We chose Donna because she was part of the Dave Ramsey ELP network. She was the very first realtor to contact us and her communication continued to be top notch throughout the home buying process. To complicate our situation, we were living in Berlin Germany while purchasing our home. Donna was available throughout the process (at all hours!) and helped us navigate the long distance home buying process. Donna even negotiated our home price down $30k after a surprise appraisal. She is both your good and your bad cop and leaves the buyer out of the stressful process. Donna also took care of our home until we were able to get to TX. She ensured that doors were locked and that contractors could get in if necessary. She went above and beyond! She honestly feels like and old family friend and we can't praise her enough. We LOVE Drayton Realty!!!

It went as any new construction does. There's bumps in the road to paradise, but Donna made it much easier to find the right place for the right price.

From the initial phone call to the closing, Donna was everything we needed her to be. In all, we solicited and interviewed four realtors to help us sell our house. Donna was one of the three recommended realtors we found via Dave Ramsey's ELP program all three of which we interviewed. Donna's quick response, straightforwardness, confidence, resume, and impressive presentation won us over. Her knowledge of the market proved to be spot on. Though I was hopeful, I was initially skeptical we could sell our house at Donna's suggested listing price. Within six days on the market, we had our first offer. Two days later the buyer rescinded their offer which was discouraging and disappointing to me and my wife. However, Donna was not the least bit discouraged and expressed her confidence that our house would soon sell which was in turn encouraging to us. Nine days later we received two competing offers, went under contract, and closed on the sale of the house five weeks later. During those five weeks, I am sure no more than two days would pass before I had and asked Donna a question about some aspect of the process. Her responses to my texts, emails, and phone calls were almost immediate. Without question, the most impressive and most appreciative aspect of our relationship with Donna was communication. We were well aware that Donna is a high volume selling agent and has many clients so to have her respond readily to us was remarkable. I was confident at the outset that we had made the right choice in a realtor and as we went through the entire process became convinced and certain that we had made the right choice in a realtor.

Donna Drayton is the best realtor/broker I have ever worked with. She guided me through the entire process on how to make my father’s house most sellable. I was able to contact Donna any time I had a question and the closing was seamless. Being from out of state and not familiar with contractors, Donna introduced me to her contractor, Dwight Elbel, who did an excellent job with repairs and updating the home. Afterwards Donna did a wonderful staging of the home which I’m sure helped it sell within four days for more than the asking price. Donna is also very knowledgeable about the city codes and what would need to be brought up to code in order to have a smooth transition. She knows real estate!

Donna gave me advice and tips on things to do that would bring top dollar, before we signed a contract. She also staged the vacant home (at no extra cost) to help the potential buyer see the house as a home. I can not say enough about her knowledge to bring a top dollar offer and then a bidding war within 24 hours after the listing went live on the market. We are super pleased with the sell of the house. And we closed 30 in days. Donna was on top of the process all the way. Thumbs up for sure.

Donna had a video introduction on her website that really helped us get a feel for her personality. She was very responsive to our request for information, very personable and someone we felt we could trust to meet our expectations and represent our interests. She worked tirelessly with the listing agent, builder, utilities, and mortgage company to get answers to all of our questions and to address any omissions and oversights. We always got timely updates and answers. We consider Donna to be family. My husband and I reached out to Donna in January thinking we would have our house ready to sell by the end of March, however life got in the way and the house wasn’t ready to list until October. Donna Drayton is fantastic! She knows what she is doing and she is very good at it. She was very honest about some of the jokes that we were looking at and she helped us find one that fit us perfectly. She got us a good price and fought to have repairs that we wanted completed. It is a nerve wracking business to buy or sell your home. Donna Drayton and her team provided very good advice (you should follow what she tells you to do) which, resulted in a quick sale for the most money possible. Whatever hurdles need to be cleared, Mrs. Drayton knows how to clear them and fast too! I’m sure it’s not normal but, from Listing to Closing was only 37 days! And 3 of those days were a delay the lender caused that could not have been known. However, when it came up, Mrs. Drayton worked the problem with diligence and zeal until it was resolved. I never had to wonder what was going on as she was on top of it and communicating that with me. Her staff are jewels and a pleasure to work with. I wish everyone could have this professional realtor on their team! Mrs. Drayton was very upfront with the process and solution-oriented. She knows her business and knows how to respond to issues. The most important investment of our lives was safe in her hands. We had 3 offers on the first day and ended up $2K over our asking price and appraisal came in at $2K over that. This means she priced our home perfectly for the location and market! We left no money on the table. Hire this professional and you will be very impressed!

Our start to finish experience with Donna was truly exciting. We couldn't have asked for an easier task.

In a word, perfectly. Donna gave us advice on what we needed to do to sell our home quickly. She recommended we add new mulch, trim back a few trees and power wash the driveway and sidewalk. This maintenance helped immensely as we received multiple offers the first weekend we listed the property. We accepted an offer over our asking house and the property appraised. We closed on the sale within 30 days, no hickups. We would use Drayton Realty again should we need to sell a home again. But we're hoping that will be a long time off.

Extremely well. There really is no substitute for experience, and this is especially true in a realtor. Although this was our third home purchase, each time we seemed to have new questions and challenges. When it came to negotiations during the option period, she was spot on with recommendations on what we could legitimately go after without alienating the seller. She also was very helpful locating an inspector on short notice. And helped us find a very responsive pool service and AC company for specific inspections. Donna was very responsive and helped the puchase go smoothly, we closed on time with no issues during the process as a whole. We would use Drayton Realty again without hesitation.

Amazing! Donna is the bee's knees; and I own a pest control company, so I know bee's knees! Donna and her team took care of everything for us throughout the home buying process and was very responsive to any of our questions and concerns. She was quite literally the reason we got our house. There were multiple offers on the home we wanted, and one offer was more than ours, but the sellers accepted our offer because their realtor knew that Donna was great to work with. Donna has earned our business for life, and you should let her earn yours.

Drayton Realty (Donna) was amazing and so supportive in finding my new home in La Vernia, Texas. She met with me prior to my move to Texas to look at available houses and to really understand my family's needs with respect to our future home. Donna Drayton was very professional, punctual, and patient. She showed my wife and I around 10 houses before she found the one for us, she worked on weekends around our schedule, and she was there every step of the way to answer questions. When trying to reach her by phone, if she didn't answer immediately, she always called back within the next two hours in spite of her schedule. She is honest, even when it is not popular and it did not take her but a couple of face to face meetings and showings to understand us and our needs in a house better than we did. Donna Drayton truly wants what is in the best interest for her clients, not her commission. She will tell the truth even if it turns away a possible client, and as a representative of the buyer, she charges you $0.00. That's ZERO dollars, to help you buy a house. I would recommend Donna Drayton to anyone looking to buy real estate, young or old, first time buyer or seasoned investor. We will use Donna Drayton again when the time comes.

This will save you time. If you need a realtor to sell your house, get Donna. You will not be disappointed; end of story. Don?t check the newspapers, any other online service, Donnas is the person. Now call her. You want to know why? We had a home we loved. Time had come that it was time to sell the two-story home that we had modified to our specifications because we were never going to move. As fate would have it, we decided that two stories was one story too many. We had taken the typical cookie-cutter home and installed a spiraled staircase; built a wraparound second floor balcony and took out the fireplace and remodeled the kitchen and took out the dishwasher and all the bathtubs. All cardinal reasons on why the house wouldn?t sell. With the exception of the new kitchen and balcony we were told that the house would be difficult to sell. We talked to three different realtors and all they saw were issues, but not Donna. One even wanted to lowball the price we were asking. After talking to Donna over the phone, we knew we had found our savior. All she saw was possibilities and told us in no uncertain times how the house had to be marketed, and her opening salvo was ?not your cookie cutter home.? We had work to do, but once we listened and turned it over to her, it was in her hands. Attentive and knowledgeable, she told us what we needed to do, we did it, and a day after she?d staged the house, put it on the market, we had an offer. Whew! That easy? No. They changed their mind, but Donna was determined and positive. The first thing for you to know is she knew how to market, so only the people who were interested in our home came by. Donna knew how to weed out the interested with the curious. She was patient. She?s takes charge and will not bother you about mundane rubbish. Don?t expect things to happen if you don?t listen. We listened. Within 60 days, our one of kind, 25-year-old home was sold on our terms. Why? Donna. Donna. Donna. When you build [and we built and remodeled this home] they tell us the three things you think about is location; location; location. They should add Donna in there. She knows what she?s doing and if you don?t have a realtor yet, get her. If you have one?it?s your choice on whether or not you want to listen to the voice of experience.
