The inspection was provided in a timely manner, plus the report was received on the same day. There were many discrepancies that were identified by Carlos during the inspection. The report was very detailed and easy to read. I now realize what a great service this company provided compared to some of the other inspection companies. I recently had another inspection as I am nearing the end of my one year warranty. Unfortunately, I went with another company. This other company spent one and a half hours doing the inspection and I still did not receive the report the same day. Additionally, this other company had areas marked as deficient with no comments or pictures at all. One are is marked as no deficiencies, when deficiencies are annotated. When I called to question, I was told it was administrative errors. Also, the pictures that were taken, unlike Mr. Barrera, were not labeled. So it was harder to identify exactly where the deficient area was located. I wish I had stayed with Mr. Barrera's company.
