They were very professional and good to work with, they were very friendly. I liked the selection of flooring that they had. The owner was very nice. The crew that came did an excellent job on installing the floors. They were on time and very prompt. They cleaned up very well.

The day the carpet was to be installed we called to check on the time. There had been a communication breakdown between the scheduler, Renee, and Kurt. Not only did Renee call back within 10 minutes, she had tracked the truck bringing our shipment. She sent installers immediately to get started with the carpeting arriving shortly thereafter. She turned what could have been a big problem for us (moving van delivering furniture the next day) to a non-issue. Kudos to her and the company for their responsiveness.

Owner Kurt Housely was wonderful to work with in coming up with the plan and materials to replace 100% of the floors in our 22-year-old home with carpet, wood, and ceramic tile. The installation team of 3, led by professional "Tony" was outstanding. It's not really much fun to empty every room and live in upheaval for a week and a half; however, the team was great about helping us move the big stuff. Tony alternated room projects to allow us to sleep in our own bed every night. His eye for detail and extensive experience ensured that every tile, every board, and every square inch of carpet was perfectly placed. We love the result - really updated our home and we get many compliments.

The installation went very well. Champion Floors used two installation teams (one for the linoleum and carpet and one for the wood laminate). They coordinated their crews very well and the entire process was done in three days. This included moving a significant amount of furniture including a very large refrigerator, a wall unit with an over sized TV, and a piano. The only flaw in the process was coordinating the plumber for the commode removal and resetting. The plumber was late for the removal and late on the return trip.

Sales person was very pleasant, but the workmen did not have a very good eye for detail. Also, the job took a lot longer than expected.

The new ceramic tile we had installed in the entry way is beautiful, Champion Floors did an excellent job of fixing up our cracked foundation before laying the ceramic tile on top of it. The men did a great job of getting the floor level, they were back over three days doing something each time and then letting it dry before proceeding to the next step. In every visit they were on time, professional and took a lot of care to make sure everything was done properly.

I am pleased with the wonderful work done by the carpet installers from Champion floors, everything fit perfect and the men were very professional while working in our home. We had torn out the old flooring so they just had to install the new carpeting and this did not take long at all. The carpeting is very nice, the installation work was perfect the first time and we would recommend this company to any one looking for a quality flooring company.

The work crew arrived on time for the job, and asked us a few questions, as we did with them. We liked the communication so there was not any, misunderstanding about what we wanted from them. They were very personable, and stopped in the middle of the job so we could have a peaceful lunch on both days they were at our home. The mess was cleaned up before they left, and they took all the carpeting and old flooring supports with them. The new flooring is beautiful, without any gaps between the planks they did a wonderful job.

I am very pleased with the customer service from Champion Carpets in November when they were out to install carpeting in my family room. The men did a great job of getting the old carpet removed and installing new carpeting in a very heavily furnished room. The company did the work right the first time so we have no reason to call them back. They even called us to see if we were satisfied with the work.

Champion Floors did a perfect job for us and we couldn't be more satisfied. The installation went very smoothly and the workers were very nice. It looks great with all of the seams aligned and edges perfectly smooth. It is very level and there are no loose boards. There was nothing that we would have wanted different. We were completely happy with the price that we paid for the high quality that we received.

We got a great deal on this job and we are very happy with it. The sales people were helpful, and the workmanship was good except for one place that needs stretching around the front door. There are no tacks or seams visible. We are quite satisfied with the end result.

Champion Floors did a very good job installing my carpet. They got right to work and it only took one day, so I was pleased. They had a lot of experience from what I observed. There are no visible seams or loose fibers. They even called to check up to make sure we were satisfied.

Very responsive, easy to work with company, but the work did take longer than we were originally told. The installers were professional and courteous and polite.
