One look at their office and you would never let them do your roof! Called for an estimate, had three shingles lift up ing last storm! House is only 9 years old! Took a day and a guy drove up, I met him outside. He tried from the start to control the conversation and couldn't get on the roof, didn't try! Told him best view was from the street behind the house! He said OK. Then he said,"we're going to give your roof a full service." I asked if he could explain, and he said a whole bunch of stuff I don't understand, nail pops sealing the vents and stuff and I reminded him, I wanted the three shingles fixed, that's all. So he said he would have his second story guys come take a look. Never happened! I call two days later and the receptionist said they had sent the quote in the mail! THE MAIL??? I asked her to email me a copy! . Replace 3-4 shingles at crest of roof . 3 Tab shingle. Color: Leatherwood. Note: new shingles may not match existing exactly . Do general roof maintenance on rest of roof. Estimate $525.00 dollars! I emailed back, seems excessive, i just want the shingles fixed, can you itemize the estimate? Of course if they can't do it their way, they are not there to help! Tried to go local but seems the locals are just here to screw the people in the subdivisions! By their math it would cost $157,000.00 to replace every shingle on the roof!

They were fast, they go the job done in one day. I was surprised they were able to do that. They did a great clean up and they were polite and courteous. I don't have any problems with them, they were good. I would use them again.

I was a little shocked at the price, estimated to be $6000.00. I have not priced roofing in a long time so I am going to get a few more quotes to compare. I received a written quote after they had come to my house to complete the estimate. He came out quickly and knew right away that the price would be higher due to the structure of my roof and the flatness in it. He knew they would have to use a different type of shingle that is a little more expensive. He seemed professional. If I remember correctly, when I looked at them on Angie's List they did not have any quotes.

We scheduled the work a week in advance. The men showed on time the first day of work. We were told it would take 2 days to complete the work and it did. The men cleaned up after the 2nd day of shingling the roof. They were very professional; didn't cause us any inconvenience. We were very pleased with the work they did on the roof. The third day, the general manager came out and checked the work the men had done and asked if we were happy with the work. We told him we were. We then paid him the remainder of the balance owed.

The company's rep came in a timely manner to give us an estimate. Since we had worked with them before and had a good experience, we decided to go with them again. Communication to set up the work date and subsequent attempts to confirm dates and to report problems was a bit aggravating. Since no one answered the phone, we left messages. Return calls were spotty, to say the least. Once the crew showed up, we had no complaints with their work. They were very polite, worked surprisingly quietly considering the type of work they were doing. They seemed very efficient and were very good about cleaning up.

Two man installation crew did an excellent job. Some difficulty in scheduling work. They did not come on day promised; came the next morning. Required a 50% deposit ($725) before they scheduled work. They made the cap at their shop.

Aside from that problem, I was very satisfied. The workers were excellent; I made them lunch one day, which I wouldn't have done if I hadn't liked them.

I was pleased with the work that Burch Roofing did on my house recently, the man was very efficient in getting the ventilation duct installed properly and so far no leaks. The supervisor also did a follow up and came out to check to make sure that the vent was installed properly. The company was very nice to deal with and if we ever need a roofing company in the future, we will call them again.
