Joe and Alex helped me with a leak. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I will always call Bracken Plumbing from now on!

Job went very well and we haven't had any problems. The team at Bracken were quick to schedule and showed up on time. Real nice guys - one Lead and one apprentice - who worked quickly to make the requisite repairs.

Bracken Plumbing came and found the leak and quickly and professionally took care of it. they will definitely be my plumber of choice. my insurance adjuster said their charges were reasonable.

Did not get a response until after the holiday weekend but they came and replaced the unit in one day labor and unit $800. Very quick and clean

I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they came to take a look at it in less than an hour. I was so impressed with their honesty, they could have told me I needed a new hot water heater and I would not have known the difference. This was a great experience and I would use them again.

Kraig and Darin were very professional and quickly did all the rough-in work needed on a new master bath shower. They listened to what we wanted to do, and had recommendations on different approaches/solutions which helped us finalize the design. Looking forward to having them back out to hook everything up once the tile work is done. Great job, guys!

My calls were returned quickly, the work was done promptly and the cost matched the estimate. They took care of the required permits and took care of a very minor, somewhat picky item which the city inspector found after the work was completed. This was my first experience with Bracken Plumbing and I was very pleased.

They called before coming. Arrived when they said they would. Showed them the wet wall and carpet. I was expecting them to knock out the wall. He said he'd rather do "Robitusson first and leave the "chemo" as a last resort". They went to bathroom and removed an access panel to the tub and found no leak there, so they moved on to the commode and within minutes found the problem. They were able to repair it (essentially rebuilt the toilet guts and seals) and cleaned everything up. I asked them to do a pressure test and they did - it failed as always. So they started checking throughout the house and finally got close at the water softener. Previous plumber couldn't find it - said he'd have to start knocking out walls... I had already asked Bracken if they did water softeners. I will be replacing that softener anyway so at that time they will determine for sure whether it's the old softener or the pipe leading to it. Again the Robitusson analogy. Fast - accurate - courteous!!

Good customer service and competitive price. Plumbers arrived on time and worked quickly. Got the entire job done in about two hours. I am very pleased with their work.

This is the second water heater we had replaced. We have two and they replaced the first one a year ago. Both times they gave us a great price and did a great job. We shopped around. Lowes were very expensive. We were very happy with their price and quality of work.

Bobby and Joe were very courteous and professional. Bobby called about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on his way. Since we didn't have hot water in the house they were fully prepared to replace the water heater. In fact, they had the replacement on the truck. But before they removed and replaced our water heater, they troubleshot the problem and discovered a simple fix! We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and a different plumbing contractor installed a new valve without the control cartridge and the hot and cold water were mixing inside the valve. Joe installed the cartridge and hot water is running perfectly. So, instead of an $800 dollar hot water replacement, Bobby and Joe solved our problem in under an hour with just a service call charge. This is our second time calling Bracken for plumbing needs and we'll continue to use them in the future.

Last Thursday I started seeing water stains in my laundry room. Called State Farm and they got me in touch with Quality Construction and they let me know the water damage was from the ice maker that was installed by Bracken. And I called Bracken on Friday and the owner was very rude to me and they said they would do some type of restitution but I have not heard from them since Friday. No one ever apologized for this issue and it seems like they don't care.

The team showed up around 10 and worked until job was done in afternoon. The team explained everything they were doing and made sure I had cleanout area for new home. Tested sewer working properly prior to leaving. Adrian who worked bobcat for trenching was very good and safety conscious. Lee the supervisor checked on job and validated everything was done right. I am very pleased with quality and price and would use them again. Their service and pricing was better than quotes and interaction I had with Will's Plumbing and Chambliss Plumbing. No charge for quote. The billing was handled easily with their office using my credit card. The team is bilingual with strong skills in both English and Spanish,

I had one other plumbing service give me an estimate for this service. Their price was $350 higher and they would be using a lower grade water heater replacement. Bracken Plumbing was called that same day, worked me in for the next day. Showed up when they said they would and provided excellent service and used what the other company said was a water heater upgrade. I definitely recommend Bracken Plumbing to any Angie's list member needing plumbing services.

My water heater must have been leaking for a while so there was a big puddle in the garage before I noticed - I turned off the water and called Bracken - it was after 5 in the afternoon but I got their emergency contact and gave him the particulars. They scheduled me right away and the plumbers showed up mid-morning, saw the problem was a hole in some flex pipe and a valve, and repaired it right away. They could have told me I needed a new water heater and I would have believed them since this one is relatively old but they were honest and took the fast, economical way of treating the problem. They replaced the defective parts and in less than an hour I had hot water again. They were extremely polite and efficient.

Today's experience has been like all of the others - responsive, professional, great work, and I always feel like the charges are fair. Travis has been out the last two times (along with another nice gentlemen who I think might be an apprentice), and Alex has taken care of our issues the other times. I will share some highlights that cross multiple times they have been out. When they arrived today, they began to diagnose immediately, found the problem, and got right to work on it. They located a blockage near my clean out and my septic tank. Once the blockage was cleared, they ran water and tested it. All of this while having to work in some mud underneath a deck where my clean out is located. Total cost so that I could flush my toilets again with confidence - $135. Very fair. The last time they were out was because of an issue with a leaking garbage disposal. We set an appointment for Friday, they arrived when they said they would, with a new garbage disposal. Quick, professional, and did some preventative work for me as well while they were there. Labor was $95 + $100 for the disposal. Back in July of 13, I called with an emergency (that happened to be the day before leaving on vacation for one week). One of my sinks was backing up, and it was blocking condensation from my AC unit resulting in water to my drain pan. Alex came out after hours and resolved the problem quickly. Total charge was $142.50 Finally, the event that started my positive experience with Bracken Plumbing. My problems started in Sept 2012. We were not getting hot water in our master shower, and the kids shower was having similar issues, only getting lukewarm. I had another company out multiple times and paid multiple service calls to fix the issue. Eventually, they told me they would need to cut out the wall behind the shower, replace all of the parts, etc etc. Cost was going to be close to $2k. I called Bracken to get a second opinion. Alex came out for our appointment, and went to work diagnosing it. It was a complicated issue, and he had to make several calls to the manufacturer. He came back out a second time with new parts (that he was able to get the manufacturer to supply even though we did not have warranty because we were not original homeowners that installed it), fixed the problems without cutting holes, and total bill was about $400. As you can tell, I have a very high opinion of this company. They have pulled me out of some jams, and each time, with a sense of urgency that is appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber (by the way, have recommended them to a friend who has had similar positive experiences). Big thanks to the plumbers Alex and Travis, and Lisa in their office who schedules (very sweet person).

When the plummer called my cell phone to say he was on his way, I informed him that I was not home, but my husband was and that is who he would be meeting with. His comment was, in a rude tone, and quot;well, that is good to knowand quot; and hung-up. When he arrived at the house, my husband said the plummer was very rude. Changing a spicket is very easy when you have the tools to do it, but we don't, so we called a plummer. The plummer seemed insulted/put-out for such a simple job. If my husband thought he was rude, then the plummer must have been blantantly rude. My husband was surprised I found the plummer through Angie's List.

not much to say - they arrived on time, did the work, and left the room clean. they were courteous and professional - they had been recommended to me by a remodeling contractor through a friend of mine and they were perfect for the job

2 men from Bracken Plumbing arrived on time as scheduled, checked our all connections on our water heater. Proceeded to attach hose in order to properly drain water heater. Ran water in kitchen sink to relieve any water pressure. Unplugged electric to water heater and drained water and sediment through hosing to driveway and drain. Continued to run water until all sediment was removed and water became clear. Removed hosing, turned electric back on and did not leave until hot water returned and flowed normally in kitchen sink again.

Time will tell if the toilet reseating was the problem, as the ceiling Sheetrock was dry and continues to be. Hopefully, going with the least expensive fix will pay off for us. Alex was able to replace parts in our prv, saving us at least $100. in expense. This is the second time we have used Bracken and have been pleased with their service each time.
