Carlos and his team are trustworthy and leave the yard and area in pristine condition. I have hired them twice. They removed a huge palm tree and four others that died in the freeze. ZoneScape did an Excellent job on my tree in the front yard! This particular tree was overgrown with branches which had seedlings falling on to the walking area /sidewalk and I wanted it to be trimmed to protect the children in the community from slipping on one of them during "their trick-or- treating" activities.. It was also an "oddly shaped tree so it needed not just Any Tree-Trimmer but someone with the Expertise o a Surgeon. ZoneScape's Certified Arborists are like Doctors With A Heart for my tree! Not only does my tree look Amazing, but because of their service, my Entire Front Yard has benefited!! I am So Glad that I hired them and I believe that you will be too!

Carlos, the owner, took his time with me at my house. He spent about 45 minutes total: he looked at each tree, and he explained how our old oak trees should be trimmed and why we should not remove some of the lower limbs, which are almost touching the ground. Except for leaving a few pieces of the large limbs on the ground, the crew did a great job cleaning up. A few days later, he called and asked if we were satisfied with the job and offered to come by and take a look if we were not. I learned some tree physiology that will be helpful the next time I trim some of our younger trees, and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Carlos and his team did a phenomenal job at rehabilitating our overgrown tree situation. They were very professional and took extra care with all of our live oaks. We can hardly believe the difference. Our yard looks great! We definitely will use them again the next time that we need tree service.

Although they were delayed getting here, they made up for it by getting the job done in about 1 & !/2 hours and left my yard a bit cleaner then it was before they started. Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job trimming my large oak trees. As a result, my trees and my house look beautiful! His team completed the job quickly, and they cleaned up my yard after they finished the job! I will certainly be a repeat customer and recommend them in the future!

Jesus trimmed my trees and made my dry creek bed worked more efficiently. My property is unusual and Jesus fixed the problems and educated me about the situation. They cleaned up all the debris and did a good job. Meeting the Scheduled time was the only comply.

Zonescapes arrived on time with a full crew and all required equipment. They worked virtually non stop until the work was done. They cleaned up and carted away all debris. All in all, I couldnâ t be happier with the work.

Not Good

The tree that was removed was 45 feet tall, with most of it over my swimming pool. The crew carefully removed the large limbs without any damage of any kind to the pool. The cleanup after removal was excellent.

Extremely professional and left area clean and looking better than when they arrived. Will call again for additional work.
