Description of Work: We used them for a half day tree trimming of our front yard in the fall of 2013 and they did an excellent job. Roughly a year later, I contacted them because I wanted similar work done for our back. Mike said he'd call back to set up an estimate but never did. I let it go because the holidays were approaching anyway. Tried again in the spring; same thing. Tried again in June, same thing. By the time Mike called in July to say he could come over literally that day, I had already scheduled an appointment with another provider. The failure to follow up was really bad and made me feel he was just too busy to bother with our sized-job. It's unfortunate because the work they did in 2013 was very good.

Description of Work: Completely remove two palm trees. Cut down and remove all unnecessary shrubbery and small trees.

Description of Work: Removed a very large Ash tree and ground the stump below grade. This was a high-risk removal close to three other properties. I have used ACAC in the past and they have always delivered a professional service.

Description of Work: They removed a large tree from my front yard which was also encroaching into my neighbor's property, and also ground down the stump. All work was completed in approximately two hours. They were careful not to damage my neighbor's car, which car could not be moved as the neighbor was out of town. After the tree was removed, they filled in the hole and cleaned up all the debris. This is the second time I have used their company, and on both occasions I was very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: A storm knocked over a large hackberry tree in my front yard. Snapped just above ground level. Called first thing. Had an estimate within 90 minutes or less. Tree and stump were both gone when I got home from work. Fantastic job and response.

Description of Work: They trimmed trees. Ash and crepe myrtle plus tall bushes the hedges and trimmed back another small tree. They were professional, worked with me to schedule, came on time. The clean up was very good. Although I could not stay until they finished, they made sure my rear garage door was shut. I would use them again.
