Great, In and out in 30 minutes. He thought there was a leak elsewhere so ran a few times to make sure everything was ok.

These two Professionals had no problem with each installation job. I used this Business once before to install another Guest Toilet. The replaced Toilet was put in plastic as to not leak when going down the stairs and the Job was perfect. I highly recommend AFM PLUMING to anyone requiring anything to do with plumbing, water lines,water heaters expansion tanks, sinks, washing machine connections, sewer lines, what ever the need. They are true professionals.

It could not have gone better in our estimation. This father and son team (Al and Jason) came exactly on time and immediately assessed the situation. They told us (and showed us) up front about one bathroom that would need extra plumbing work due to the location of the pipes whereas the other 3 bathrooms were fine. The extra work added $95 to the total (VERY reasonable). They worked very efficiently together with no wasted time. They are very personable and approachable. The new toilets were one piece (ie - Heavy!!) but they had no problem bringing each one from the garage and two up to the second floor. We had ordered the toilets ourselves beforehand on-line, however, as part of their service, they took all of the cardboard boxes, insulation etc that the toilets had been delivered in and even swept out the garage afterwards! This would have taken me weeks to get rid of using the blue garbage container. They will also take the old toilets if you wish. The entire job from start to finish took two hours. A perfect experience - our highest recommendation!

OUTSTANDING from Start to Completion. I purchased a Toilet from Lowes Store and paid to have it installed. I was promptly called by AFM Plumbing and talked with Jason to schedule a date to install. We set the date, AFM picked up the toilet from Lowes and we were give a call of the day scheduled that they would be at our residence within 20 minutes from the call. I did not know at the time that AFM was a Father Son Business. However, when they arrived I met Al and Jason for the first time and was very impressed when it was discovered by Jason that the toilet I purchased (my lack of knowledge) would not fit in the bathroom due to the size of the Tank etc. Jason, said no problem Sir, I can take this back and get the correct size of the same item and will be back and install. Then when they were loading it on their truck noticed that there were two other toilets on the truck which would fit my bathroom. He said no problem , he called Lowes on the phone told them of the problem and ask them to give me credit for the one I had purchased and he would return my original purchase for me and pick up another for the next delivery. To me, this is above and beyond the call of duty and I want to thank Jason for doing this and taking the time (free of charge) to return the other toilet back to Lowes. This team knows exactly how to do a job in a professional manner. They really do work as a team and the Job was completed in an outstanding professional manner within 45 minutes from start to finish. What I really like was when they took the old toilet out, the put plastic all around it to ensure that no water would be coming out onto our carpet etc. Bottom line is this. You can pay a little more for a professional job. We are so happy, we now have a new Plumbing Team when we need a Plumbing Job. In fact, very soon we will have them do another install of a toilet. I Highly recommend this professional business to every Angie's List subscriber or any other individual household.

This is the second time we called AFM Plumbing to our house. Since we had such a good experience with them the first time, when there was a leak with our kitchen sink, we did not hesitate to call them out again. Jason showed up promptly at our house. He checked the sink for leaks and found that one of the drains was missing a screw and the drain was not sealed properly. He removed the old putty from the two drains, resealed, and installed the screw. The job took him no more than 30 minutes. The only dissappointment I have is that he charged me $100 for the work, which was actually more than what he charged the first time, and the work was much more last time. I like their promptness, quality of work and professionalism but this time I believe I was overcharged.

Some time back, our local water company was giving away free water saving toilets. We got a pair for our two bathrooms. One of the toilets started to leak so we looked for the part at our local Home Depot and Lowes stores. Come to find out that these toilets were manufactured in Australia and there is only one store in town that carries the parts. We found on our local water company website that AFM Plumbing is a certified contractor for these type of toilets so I contacted them instead of trying to fix ourselves. Jason came out the next day after I called him. He examined the toilet and found that there was a cracked piece that was causing the leak but he did not have that particular piece with him. He needed to go to the one store in San Antonio to pick it up. Jason promised to come back the same day after he had the part and he did return as promised. He repaired the toilet same day and, so far, no more leaks. We will definitely hire him back if we have anymore issues with these toilets.

The job was carried out in a very professional manner and was completed very quickly. Awesome service!

Father and Son; Al and Jason, called ahead to ask if it was OK to come early for the appointment which was a pleasant surprise. They installed the sink and disposal as well as change over the faucet and dish washer line. They were pleasant fast and made sure everything was working correctly. There was no mess which is unusual when working with water, very pleased.

Plumbers showed up on time. Very professional. I had four toilets to install. Three men showed up and had the job complete within 2 hours. They cleaned up all mess and disposed of all old toilets. Great service. Another plumbing company wanted $600 to perform the service these guys did for half the price.
