I have used them twice in the last four years. The first visit was to locate a leak within an interior bathroom wall. They spent about an hour and a half locating it and then cutting the old piece (with a pin hole leak) and then replacing it. They only charged $112 for all that work - I was amazed! Most recently, I used them today to straighten an exterior faucet pipe, bolt it to the exterior brick, and also replace the faucet because it was dripping. They charged me $142 for this - it was literally 25 minutes of work. Although I don't think it is a fair price, I do think this is comparable to what other plumbers are charging. They gave me the price before performing the work and actually only charged me for the labor and part for replacing the dripping faucet. They didn't charge me for straightening it and bolting to the brick. They did fantastic work in both cases - would highly recommend them! These are my go to guys for any plumbing issue I can't tackle myself.

Experianced back-up and overflow when new washing machine was draining. Checked Angie's List for plumbers in area and identified A&A Plumbing; checked with San Antonio Better Business Bureau; firm was contacted and appointment made. Was informed it would be between 1 and 5 p.m. before a plumber could respond. Mike and apprentice Vaughn arrived about 4:30 p.m. Problem was evaluated and drain auger used to clear blockage. They were friendly, professional and even made friends with my two schnauzers who found two new friends. Fee more then acceptable and wilthout doubt will contact them for future plumbing needs.

I regret hiring this company and will never use them again. I felt intimidated and bullied from the start. I was pleased initially because they were quick and responsive. However, when the technician was making the estimate he tried to intimidate me by saying I wasn't up to code because my water heater didn't have an expansion tank. He quoted an ordinance and said I was vulnerable to legal action. I checked with the City Engineer and the ordinance does not apply to the City of Selma. However, it sounded like a good safety feature so I said yes. The technician then quoted a rate the the entire job that was discounted 15% so I was pleased. They did the work and presented the bill. There was an additional $149.99 added on so I could "purchase the discount:" The discount was only $101.49--go figure. I refused to pay the additional $150 and paid the rate originally quoted. The owner called me at work immediately and said there was a problem. He said I had to pay the full rate, or pay the $150 to purchase the discount. He said if I read the fine print on the estimate I would have known that I had to purchase the discount. I said I paid the price quoted. He yelled at me and then said "I'll see you in small claims court". I hung up. If you hire this company be very careful about the quoted rate.

What a great experience with of all things, a plumber. Cleaning up after dinner. Turned off disposal and water to hear water splashing. Looked under sink and found water everywhere. Called several other plumbers and no one, even those who advertise 24/7 service, could come out. A&A plumbing said they would be on site in an hour (took 65 minutes). Up front about the cost of $45 trip charge and estimate for labor/service was $100-$125, but since it only took about 15 minutes to fix, only billed the trip charge. Jerry was outstanding. Started out his day at 4:30 am and to be so good 15 hours later, simply outstanding. Have plumber for life.

They were okay and they did what they said they were going to do.

I was very pleased with the plumbing work, with the exception of the owner not returning my phone calls and not keeping me up to speed on the progress of the work. I was not satisfied with the excavating/trenching crew. The dirt they took out of the hole was suppose to be hauled off each day, but they said that were short of trailers so they piled the dirt up in the yard. It took several days before I could get them to haul the dirt off. This same crew was suppose to clean up after all the work was completed. They did a very poor job the first time and I had to get them back to complet the job In addition they left an outside water faucet on for over 24 hours. I gave a "D" in Professionalism because of this crew.

After my house was leveled, there were leaks. They had to drill 15 feet in one part and 22 feet in another. They got it done but it?s a lot of money.
