Since having my Generac installed, KELM Home Services has provided outstanding maintenance service. The technicians are very professional and proficient. One that stands out is Preston. During later part of December through February he addressed a problem with my Generac that required a new engine. Preston walked me through this procedure as he made the repairs. He is someone that other technicians should emulate. Thank you Preston and KELM.

Kelm did an awesome job communicating before during and after installation. They made the process easy to follow and kept in touch to set up my maintenance date and even gave notice and approximate time of arrival. One morning I noticed my generator light had turned red.So I called Kelm services and made an appointment for the next day. In spite of the 30° weather, windy, cloudy conditions, the tech, Preston, came and made the necessary repairs!
I appreciate the prompt and courteous service and highly recommend Kelm Home Services!
