Richard Keenan is the owner and operator of Keenan Water Well & Septic Systems. He is Native to the area and has been in this line of business for over 41 years. This business is family owned and operated. The company is right on the spot when you are in need of our service, from your water well needs to your septic system needs. We not only install your new water well & septic systems, we also can continue any service needs that you may need in the future. We are a company that you can rely on with a professal job being provided. We have several references that can be provided to you with including contractors. Ofcourse what does make us uniqie is that we are native to the area and a very well established company, very well know by many. We are not a fly by night company that installs one day in our area then not to be seen again for any services that you may need. We even try to give you information when trying to make your own repairs. I don't think many compainies will do this. We can give you a general ideal of what a service call would be or what the cost of a new water well and sepitc system would run. Please ask us what we can do for providing you with both water well & septic system. I can also provide you with all the leg work that is involved with pulling your permits. We love meeting you in person at your construction site so that we can see how you would like to lay everything out and so that we can let you know if it can be constructed as you want. If not we can tell you the way it needs to be layed out to meet your needs. Again we would love to be a part of your future plans on your new construction needs or even your unforseen needs.

Worst company ever at maintaining our community water well! Unfortunately we do not have a choice but to use this company and their attitude shows they know it. At least once a quarter the water coming in to our homes is foul smelling (like sewage/rotten eggs) and we are their mercy waiting on them to do their job and come flush out the system. TCEQ has been notified each and every time but unfortunately I think they doctor their logs to look like they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. When you do call them, you get excuse after excuse or Cynthia is just plain downright rude and condescending. The latest is that we can expect the smell to happen when it gets hot...well if it is expected then a good company should prepare and do an extra treatment!! When I asked why they didn't come when they said they would, Cynthia reported they came yesterday and added chlorine and it will take a while for smell to go away. I asked why they didn't flush the system (I live right across from one of ports and know they didn't come yesterday and do that) and she said it's a closed system, when I asked what that meant, she hung up on me. Funny thing is, they showed up within 40 minutes of that call and started flushing this apparent "closed system". Hmmmmmm.... Stay away from this company! Poor service and the worst customer service I have ever encountered!
