This company is a fraud. Cynthia is full of lies and excuses. The communication is very poor. They are VERY hard to get ahold of UNLESS they are giving you information on how to pay them. I contacted them because a neighbor used them and they are the closest service in my area. I paid in full for them to put a 700ft well on my property. They told me it would be about 6 weeks. A few days later, we decided not to build and cancelled the installation. We we called, she claimed to have already purchased the supplies (even though they hadn't given us an installation date). She said that she would send me half the money the next week and the rest the next week. A week went by and more excuses. I contacted my lawyer, who contacted her. She assured my lawyer that we would have the money. Well, my mailbox is still empty. I am being forced to file a complaint with the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality and it's obvious that this will have to be settled in court. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY NOR HIRE THEM.

Although I live near the Keenan office and yard, I expected a wait of at least half a day when I called them early in the morning. I am a widow and caring for t he well was my husband's job. To prime a pump is not hard but I had no idea of how it was done. I called and they were at my home within a few minutes. They performed the job and carefully showed me how to do it, letting me write down each step as it was done. Very helpful, very nice workmen.

PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THE WATER PRESSURE IS GOOD NOW.

MR. KEENAN INSTALLED OUR WELL AND SEPTIC AND MAINTAINS IT'S SERVICE BY VISITING EVERY QUARTER TO CHECK THE QUALITY. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY CONTINUE TO DO.
