The welding repairs to the existing fence and the new 21' double gate were done satisfactorily. Of the 52' of new fence that was to be built, posts of the wrong size were installed. The painting of the 792' of fence had mixed results, some areas the prep work was not done properly resulting in the rust coming through, some areas have been primed but not finished, and some areas are untouched. The custom driveway gate needs adjustments as it has started dragging on the driveway and the gate posts were improperly placed so that the gate does not reach from post to post. After 6 months on a job that was estimated by the owner, Don Carter, to take 1 1/2 weeks, the Better Business Bureau was contacted. Four months after involving the BBB, Mr. Carter came out twice and worked on the fence but did not finish the job. Since that time, he will not answer my calls or return any voice messages.
Description of Work: Repair existing 3 rail pipe fence, add a 21 ' double gate and 52' of new fence to match, paint 792 ' of fence, and build and install a 14' arched swing gate with electric gate operator.
