TOM FALKAVAGE

Wow. Where to start. This is our second project with Tom. You can set your watch by his arrival time. (Unlike our general contractor that showed up when he showed up.) Tom started the job on the day he said he would and finished on time and under budget. He painted our entire house. When I say entire I mean ENTIRE house. That includes new shelving in all the closets, new and existing doors. He also took our new kitchen cabinets from paint grade lumber to exquisite showroom quality! Everything in the house was taped off, papered and covered in plastic the entire time he worked. It was astounding to see our house go from a patchwork of new walls, cabinets and closets to a masterpiece. I can't sing his praises enough. He's one of those painters that knows that preparation is as important (or more important) than spraying on some paint. It's nice to see a professional painter that knows his craft and is also a good honest businessman. I can heartily recommend Tom and his crew for any painting job you have.

Tom met with us to determine what was needed to paint several rooms, and was very helpful recommeding what was needed to achieve the appearance we wanted in both color matching and finishing. This was not a major job and Tom was able to work us into his busy schedule in a very timely manner, and we felt comfortable giving him a key so that he could work according to his schedule. The workmanship was very professional and Tom communicated with us during the work both providing progress reports and detail questions that needed to be addressed. The appearance of the finished rooms is beautiful, everything was left clean with no evidence that work had be done, the only thing we needed to do was open a couple of windows to vent the paint fumes. (Please note that the home was not occupied during this work and all windows and doors remained closed and locked, had we been there, I'm sure there would have no fumes.) We would be be happy to use Tom again and feel very comfortable recommending him to others.

Have used Tom several times for interior painting, exterior painting and wallpapering. He provides a clear estimate and does the work in a timely and professional manner. Tom does the work with the help of one or two people. He is always on site and does a good job of supervising his men. He is careful and clean up was well done. He also works with you on color selection. On the exterior painting, we used him to paint a large brick home. He power washed the entire surface, then painted with two coats. The paint job has lasted for 6 years with no noticeable deterioration.

Great, great, great. On time, polite, neat tidy worker, Finished product is good and amp; lasts quite a while: he first worked for us in 2001 and amp; his work looks good 10 years after.

They take care of your property and work hard to make sure that there are no problems with anything that they do and that no paint spatters anywhere else. He's very detail-oriented even going so far as to make sure that the pattern of our wallpaper was not interrupted even on the electrical outlets. He does exquisite work. His pricing is very reasonable.
