Amazing. I have dealt with a lot of a/c companies. This was by far the best experience. Super friendly, amazing work, and was here in a timely matter. I would highly recommend.

They are very professional and punctual. They treat you like family in the way you don’t leave you in extreme weather and come out after their shift even if you need help. Whenever they promise something they deliver and then some I have already recommended them to two of my friends!

Frank and his crew showed up at the scheduled time. They also texted me informing me that they were on their way, which I very much appreciate. They were very courteous and got right to work. They even reconfigured my Nest thermostat to ensure it’d be taking advantage of the second stage heating option that my original system didn’t have. The heater has been working perfectly since, which I really appreciate since there have been some cold nights since then. Frank and his team seemed to be very honest. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and the quote for the work was the best I found. Super happy I used SCP and would highly recommend them to any person or business. Frank was on time early this morning and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed my heating problem, replaced the broken part and my house is warm again. Frank is my go to HVAC man because He is honest and ethical and never tries to sell me anything I do not have to have. I have used him many times and highly recommend him.

I had Frank come out to take a look and he was able to take a look and analyze the situation. He never tried to sell me up. Was very honest and explained everything to allay my anxiety. And now the AC unit is running tip top. The house is cooler and the wife is happier. Thank you Frank! I highly recommend and would use again.

I had a wonderful experience using SCP Refrigeration today. We had an unexpected HVAC issue arise during our home inspection today and Frank rushed right over to save the day! I have been selling Real Estate for 42 years and have used many HVAC companies. I saw a review on Nextdoor from someone who used Frank at SCP and she was very pleased with his service. So, I called him when my minisplit was icing up. He came out and was super honest with me explaining how freon and pressures work with each other and that my unit was originally installed improperly. Frank was very polite and honest and told me I didn't need any parts but rahter a proper re-install with a little freon to give the right PSI the system needed. 3 hours later, the system works great & looks so much better and I was very pleased with the amount he charged. I will be referring him out to all my fellow Realtors and clients!

We love frank! Not only is he fast, reliable, and efficient. He is also honest! He has saved us thousands of dollars over the years and we are very thankful to have met frank. For any AC or refrigeration needs, he is the man! He recently fixed our walk in cooler, Christopher walk-in.

Frank got our AC going during the hot part of the summer. He came on short notice. He installed temporary parts to get the AC working for that night. He came back the next day with the correct parts. He was very professional and did a great job. Can’t thank him enough.
