+ -1 moreAlan found 3 more tiles that were slightly cracked on the corner, which he repaired. He checked the vents which the builder's roofer should have caulked. Unfortunately they were still not caulked correctly so Alan sealed them correctly. This was all done within the limits of the $50 roof inspection. If we have some roof issues in the future we will definitely have Alan check our roof again.
Description of Work: Alan from T Rock Roofing came and re inspected our roof after our builder had repaired the 1-year warranty work. (broken tiles and caulking of vents) We wanted to have the roof re examined because we just did not have confidence in our builder's roofer "Texas Tile Roofing."
