Description of Work: Ted Acton was recomended by a friend from church. He arrived on time and he pumped my aerobic systems 3 tanks out and it was really clean afterwards. He was careful not to damage anything and took precautions not to contaminate anything with septic germs and he was also very polite. He located my tanks and afterward filled the holes he had to dig to expose them for the pumping. (I just bought the house and did not know all the locations). He also showed me a bunch of things I could do to keep the system going and gave me a good education on what to do and what Not to do which took about an hour by itself. I really couldn't ask for a better experience. I have to say that in times when there are so many rip-off companies out there it was a really great experience to meet an honest, knowledgable, Christian businessman. We also talked about a lot of subjects which were not septic system related and this is a good family guy in my opinion.. He had to make a second trip and he did not jack up the price for that. I will definitely use him for my septic system needs. I had no idea that there were so many rules and regulations and costs involved in that business. His equipment, truck and hoses and other stuff all looked to be very well maintained and clean.

 + -1 moreWe have been using Acton for 3 years. They have always been a great company to deal with. This particular service, we again received the best service ever. Our compressor had failed and we were expecting 40+ guests for the holiday. This would have put a lot of stress on the system and not a pleasant experience for our guests. They discovered our problem on a routine scheduled maintenance visit. Within a few hours, they were in contact with us and we asked that they contact us "first thing" the next morning to update us on availability of the part. Within 3 minutes of the time they opened, the phone rang with an update on a replacement compressor. Within an hour, they were at our home replacing the part. Now, that is customer service!!! From the office staff to the field staff, they are all about customer service and value for your money. We would highly recommend Acton for any septic service one might need. We feel confident with their yearly maintenance plan and it has proven to be money well spent. We have no doubt that you will receive great service! Jerry & Deberah Holsworth

 + -1 moreOn both visits, Acton arrived promptly at the scheduled time, performed the work efficiently, showed the utmost courtesy, and charged the reasonable price that they had quoted. During the routine inspection and maintenance, a part was installed. My approval was obtained before this was done, and the price was reasonable. I have been very satisfied with Acton's service.
Description of Work: Acton performed a cleaning of my aerobic septic system on 11/1/11. They also performed routine maintenance and inspection on the system about two weeks previously. Comments apply to both services.
