Pricing, they are about the same as everybody else. They keep trying to tell me I need to upgrade on stuff, quite common. They are good people. I have gotten to the point that I know the techs. I had my air conditioner go out a couple of years ago, and they were here Johnny on the spot. They fixed it. They told me what needed to be done. They replaced everything withing a timely manner, where I didn't have to sit in 100+ degree weather, and they have done that twice in the last 15 years. Very good company. Very punctual. One person comes to complete the service. It probably takes less than 30 minutes to complete the work. It depends on what he does, if he goes in and has to clean the poles in the air conditioning unit. He told me where I can get the filters, so that I don't have to pay premium price on that. They will replace that if I need it. On the heating, they check everything and the ducts and make sure every room is done, usually about 30 minutes tops. They're very punctual and very efficient. In and out, no problem. They leave the area very clean when they are done. Cleaner than I do it.
