Description of Work: They showed up to house on time and helped to correct thermostat wiring and found a failed fuse in the 24 volt control system. looked over wiring and found loose wire that might have caused original failure. Turned system on and off several times and waited to be sure system was functioning properly. |I will be using them again whenever needed.

Description of Work: Replaced my 16 year old unit. Measured and evaluated what size unit I needed. Offered different plans and explained the difference with the units. Came back on their own to check to make sure everything was working correctly and that I was satisfied. I am so happy. We are comfortable and the unit is so quiet and unless I go out by the unit, I can't tell it's on.
