+ -1 moreThe original company name was Brandom Cabinets which became the current company Wisenbaker. My doors started chipping off paint at the joints on the doors 16 months after install, yes 16 MONTHS. My designer sent the door into Wisenbaker for repairs (It took almost a month for them to determine their status) under warranty and they are NOT honoring my warranty, stating its only wear and tear. Wear and Tear? on cabinets that were just installed. The cabinets alone cost me over $10,000. And instead of a forever kitchen , I get a defective product and the company will NOT stand behind its product and do the right thing. Avoid them. I am spreading the word far and wide, hopefully they will finally honor their warranty. That is all I want, my cabinets done right. I spent good money ona product and I expect a company to deliver quality, not a sub par product.

+ -1 moreI didn't pay on anything. They just came out and did some tile work and left. It's been fine ever since.
Description of Work: What they did, I live in a new home and I had some warranty work done and that's what the builder sent out to the house to do some warranty. There was a problem with some material that was behind the tile whoever originally put it in. They came out and took some tile off and then put this waterproofing barrier, replaced it, and then put a new tile on top of that.
