Very impressed with the professionalism of the installers, Aaron and Kris. They were in and out! They put covers on the floors, stairs and cleaned up prior to leaving.

They were very professional, polite and very clean. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting to install a new shower. Alonzo and Ivan represented your company well.

Travis M and Dotson did the installation in my guest bathroom of a new tub, tile and fixtures. They were very professional and friendly. I checked in on them many times and had questions as they worked, which they answered all for me. The bathroom is beautiful. David Lennox, my sales and design rep, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly through this whole process. He helped ,e design and make smart decisions for both bathrooms I had done, There was a small issue after the job was done and David addressed this quickly. I would also like to recognize Janelle who has been very helpful in addressing and taking care of this for me. Thanks to all and 5 stars to all -Travis M, Dotson, Alonzo, Gabe, Janelle and David!

Cam was the installer. He did an awesome job. He is very professional. He was on time, he cleaned up areas that were in disarrey. The coversion is beautiful...Great job Cam!!! I know when family and friends see it the will be astonished by the change and the beauty.

Cam was an exceptional craftsman with an eye for detail.

The whole process was real easy. David Lennox answered all my many questions and helped guide me through the process. New walk in shower looks amazing. I love it!! Ivan and Brandon did the demolition and the installation. They cleaned everything up afterwards and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service!!

The whole experience with West Shore Home was great! From my first consultation with David Lennox through the installation with Brandon, everything was professional and prompt. I recommend West Shore Home to anyone that needs a fast, and quality bathroom remodel.

The company is awesome. The work is just perfect and my two installers were the best guys ever their names are Dillion L. And Gill. I couldn't ask For any better service than what I got out of these 2 guys they cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks perfect thank you very much you guys you're totally at the top of my list

Lauren Winsor, our design consultant, was as much help as you can ask for. Friendly as they come and even more helpful to get us taken care of. It was also a pleasure having Alonzo and Gabe. Besides being masters of their craft , they were very kind and helpful to my mother. The guys left the work area spotless. Couldnâ t tell we just had a renovation. Lol. Grateful to have had them in our home. Beyond satisfied. Thank you guys !

David Lennox, the design consultant, was very professional and thorough in explaining WSH process. He was fantastic as was the inststallation crew!

Great to work with the various staff members with the company. Everyone very nice and professional. It all started with David the sales guy. He know so much about kangaroos because he is from Australia. Love his accent. Very accommodating and willing to handle issues we encountered even after the shower install for my 85 year old mother with Dementia. We had to make some minor changes and had to add a shower door. Brandon and Ivan installed the shower were great. Along with Dillion working with us on the cosmetic portion. And Levi that installed the shower door. Shout out to Janelle for scheduling and accommodating me and the changes. I love the new shower for my mother. dollars for both of us at a hotel I was like 1500 so weâ re spending the airplane and hotel $3000 on a car but I contact my friend Pat what is the best time in hours place to stay call me Iâ ll tell you where to go if I want to do that too much of a big trip because of the air races. We are leaving Washington DC this other stuff on top and white dollars in taxes and I increase my TSP thatâ s gonna take a good chunk out that I canâ t be given him all the time now.

I owe my beautiful shower to the awesome teamwork of Travis, Ivan and Cameron. West Shore definitely sent their "A" Team. And my poor designer, David Lennox...I probably had him pulling his hair out because I kept changing my mind, but he was always available, patient and accommodating and happy to help. I love my new walk-in shower. My "A" TEAM gave me a shower that's exactly as I dreamed it-beautiful, spacious and rich looking! Thank you guys for a top notch professional job!

Everyone was terrific. From sales to service I was treated with courtesy and kindness. No question was too big or too small. Salesman understood what I wanted and helped me to pick exactly the right product without a high pressure sales pitch. Schedulers worked to get my job done 10 days earlier. Work crew was on time, diligent, and very respectful of me and my home. Everything was cleaned up after the installation. And, most importantly, I love my new bathtub!

The installers were polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They consulted me as they did the work to ensure that is what I wanted. Also they cleaned up very well and hauled away any items that I did no longer needed in that old shower. It was a very good experience for me and i will gladly show my neighbors and friends the finished shower! l

Brandon and Ivan were amazing! I had my shower tub converted into a walk-in shower. The guys showed up at 8:30am and by 6:30pm. I had a whole new bathroom. It looks fantastic! As Brandon and Ivan tore out the old tub, they found some pretty serious issues under the floor and behind the walls. They fixed the problems and continued doing their magic. The whole process was so easy and stress free. Also, I have to give a shout out to David who explained the whole process, helped me design my shower, and kept me in my budget. I absolutely recommend this company!

A little expensive but the work quality and turn-around time is great. Less than two week lead time and the whole project took less than two days. The workers (Dillon, Gill, and one more) were courteous, professional, and clean.

Travis M, Gabe and Chris were absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job on the shower remodel. I also appreciate them letting me see what they were doing at all times during the project. They even did a great job on clean up.
