Jari and Eric were very polite and friendly and showed me all of the steps as they completed them. They were masters!

My bathroom was completed in a reasonable time - i wont say it was done in 1 day, but the guys did great work.David Lennox was very informative about the process.

Colton and his assistants did an amazing job replacing my shower. David Lennox, my design consultant, went way beyond what I would have expected! He brought lunch for the guys and and answered all by questions and was very personable!

He has kept up with us since we signed the dotted line and stayed with us throughout the process. He assured that we were taken care of and that everything happened smoothly, professionally, with quality, and ease for our family. Thank you all so much!!!!

West Shore took good care of me from point of sale to installation and financing. David was wonderful to with in the sales process and was even available for any questions I had after the sale. The installers Dillon, Coleton, and Mathew were respectful and great at the removal of the tub and install of the new walk-in shower project. They had everything completed in a timely mannerâ 8 hours, taking care of my home, and cleaning up after. Thank you all! I love my new shower!

Just that Cam and Javi are very professional at what i saw them doing. My shower looks so beautiful and now i need my son to paint or put new wallpaper so it can look like a new bathroom. Iam so happy and now i won't have trouble taking a shower. My health chair now fits in there ð Thay came on time and when thay were done thay clean everything and explained everything to me about what was don and how to clean my shower so it can last me a long time. (Looking new)

The installers Noah N & Alex W. were great team, they came in and gave me reassurances on the work to be done. They were polite and answered any questions or concerns we had with no hesitation. Great guys and would love to have them working on a project for me anytime !

The Installers G, Paul M., Will W., and John did an amazing job. There was a good bit of miscommunication from the consult to the install, we had a â custom showerâ . The install team handled it perfectly. There were bumps along the actual install process that were unforeseen. Again, the team handled it wonderfully! They were great about checking in and making sure we truly got what we wanted. Definitely recommend this company and install team. Be very precise about what you want during the consult. Looking back I probably would have seen if they could upload the photo of what the goal was, instead of just showing the sales person. The installers are ultimately who really needed to see that to make the picture become a reality.

Travis M, David, and Julius were the nicest most perfect crew anyone could ever have working on a project. They worked well together and left my home in perfect condition. The removal of the tub and installation of my dream shower is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you guys I appreciate all you done. I will recommend West Shore to all my friends. The sale representative was able to explain and answer all questions very knowledgeable about the company and the products and also thank our daughter for serving in the military he was just the best and thank you for having good employees.

The bathroom remodel required a walk-in shower. The crew that did the work were Travis M and Brenton. The work was completed within one day and the job was done in a very professional manner. Very impressed.

Project was a pleasant experience. Work was completed timely with excellent results. Crew Leader Travis L was very professional, cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. His team included Luis and Bryson who were exceptional and did timely and quality work. I highly recommend them based on my experience and satisfaction with the results.
