Most of the team was great to work with. They addressed all my concerns very professoonally & compassionately. I wasn't too pleased with the technician they sent to replace the shower head with the correct one I thought I was getting. He seemed to have a short temper and was not the most friendly person to deal with.

My husband left for work, and when he came home, we had a beautifull shower installed. Everything completed in one day. You couldn't tell anyone had ever been in the house. Everything was perfect. The crew--Travis M., Dillon, and Christlin--were amazing. VERY professional, knowledgable, polite, and respectful of me and our home. The quality of work was top notch. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. Worth every penny.

Really they were exceptional, kept me notified on any changes and had me inspect what was done. After each inspection they asked if I had any addition to add or take away. They were very informative, and they cleaned everything up an hauled it away. Thank you Kova, Aaron, Kyle and Steve.

Elizabeth with sales, and Travis M, Gil J, Tyler H all did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and got the job done taking out our old bathtub/shower and converting it to a walk in shower.

They said one day, took five! Sales said no raw edges, there were lots of raw edges,! The plumber changed hot and cold water taps direction, hard to get used to! I got yelled at for saying that I was not satisfied. They mostly fixed the problem of the raw edge with some edging. It took so long because their installers did not know they had to match lines, and not scratched material! All and all was a very unhappy installation but the end project looks ok!

I want to give a special shout-out to Brandon and Ivan who were friendly, and professional and did an outstanding job installing a new shower in my guest bathroom in just two days. There was a lot of work involved, especially with the demolition of the old bathtub, shower, and tile. They took great care to clean up after the job was finished. My bathroom looks 100% better!!

We had a bathtub shower combo that was replaced with a low step shower. The installation only took about 5 hours but there were a few details that needed extra attention. Justin came out to our home and made sure everything was in tip top shape and working properly. We are extremely happy with the outcome.

Brandon W, Tanner, and the other guys were phenomenal! Polite, tidy, kept a pleasant attitude when working on a 90 degree day on a roof with about a 200 foot drop as we are on a mountainside. We arranged for both master and shared bathroom renovations. West Shore worked with us to get the master bath converted from a tub to walk-in shower quickly. The crew, Travis, Alonzo, Cam and Tyler were very professional, courteous and informative throughout the entire process. Would recommend West Shore for your bath remodel. David and Dylan was very professional. They answered all questions and kept me informed of every thing they were doing or going to do. They kept their word and had my new shower installed in three days as promised. They were very clean and left my home in the same condition it was in when they arrived.
