Waxwing Inspections

Sean did a GREAT JOB!!! He was the first contractor that responded and he was so friendly when he called and was available right away too!!!!!!!!! His other reviews said it all so I don't want to repeat all of that. I will say I would recommend him to anyone that asked and that he was super friendly and very thorough!!! If you need any type inspection call Sean!!!!!!!!!!!

After hearing about how great Mr. Goodspeed was from a friend, my wife and I called and had him find out why our air conditioning unit was making a loud humming noise and not cooling anymore. Anyone can tell you when this happens there’s that immediate worry something is wrong and you’re about to pay a lot of money to have it fixed. Mr. Goodspeed came over and within the hour had all the information we needed to move forward. Without boring you with all the details, he essentially looked at every possible reason for our unit to be acting up and finally found a clog in one of the drain pipes. On top of this, he waited 25-30 minutes to make sure that was indeed the issue and nothing else was causing the unit to make that sound. My wife and I appreciated his willingness to make sure the problem was solved, all at an affordable price. I have since recommended Waxwing to a few of my friends and neighbors in this area. What a great addition to our community!

The Home inspection went off without a hitch. Mr. Goodspeed’s attention to detail and knowledge on his craft is something I haven’t seen since I was in the military. Will definitely hire again.
