The company was patient answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The also returned my calls and emails quickly. I would definitely use this company in the future.

It was a terrible experience and we were without a kitchen for seven months. The quality of work provided needs to be re-completed and Ive hired another company to complete the work. We were left with no other choice than to finish the kitchen with another company. They were truly unprofessional. They would not respond to any phone calls or messages. Since we signed the contract in August it took until November to start the demolition and we have been without a kitchen since November. It was truly a terrible experience. If we would have known that this company was unprofessional we would have never hired them.

Jonathan Ponder cashed my check, paid in full on December 14th, 2021. Nothing has been done as of 01/06/2021. Denny cited a COVID outbreak has delayed communications and construction. Will update this review a project continues.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. A couple othe companies turned down the job because it was too small,and there wasn't enough money in it for them. Denny had his guys knock it out quickly, for a fair price. Will definitely call them when we are ready for the big kitchen job.

Denny is THE MAN!! The whole experience of replacing countertops was pretty stressful. From choosing the material (went with quartz) to choosing the fabricator, it was all a little overwhelming. I found True Custom Countertops on the Angi app. Jacob came to my house with samples and within an hour of him leaving my home, I had estimates; other companies took a full week and didn't even offer to come to my home, but wanted me to take the measurements and send via email. They only require 50% down, while others want the full 100% before anything. Denny kept in constant communication with me, which really gave me peace of mind-- he was honest and transparent throughout the entire experience. The gentlemen who came to do the install worked tirelessly to get the job done right. They paid such close attention to detail and did an AMAZING JOB!! We are so glad we trusted True Custom Countertops with our countertop replacement needs-- I highly recommend True Custom Countertops!
