Description of Work: Had a couch and chair and ottoman cleaned. Overall they did a good job, were very punctual, and professional. The only negative is they didn't adequately clean up behind themselves. I have tile floors. After the furniture was cleaned a dark residue remained on the tile floors. I was able to clean most of it except for a bit in the grout that was hard to clean. As to price, it seemed slightly high to me but I'm fairly new to the area so my understanding of local pricing is pretty poor.

Description of Work: Contacted company fore estimate. Day and time set up. Kim was a no show. Called again and left message. No response to message. Second call with same no response. Gave up and went to another firm.

+ -1 moreThe carpets look great. The stains are all gone. It has only been a month, but, the stains have not reappeared yet. The people, who came out, moved a little bit of furniture for me. They didn t move much. It was just so nice of them to do that. I do not believe that they are required to do that. I liked them so much; I scheduled an appointment with them in 6 months. I may not have to call them back if the carpets stay looking as good as they do since they have been out.
Description of Work: I had Servpro come to my home one month ago and clean the carpets throughout my home. They had to clean three large rugs and two small ones.

They are willing to come whenever I may need them to. They are really good people. We refer them a lot. So my services are free. I give good recommendations for this company. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

+ -1 moreServpro did a very good job cleaning the carpet. Everything was back to normal before they left. The carpet now smells great. The 2 guys who came to the job were extremely nice. They were very talkative and outgoing. I enjoyed their company a lot. There was no mess left behind. I never had to call them back for anything. Once they came, they did not leave anything undone.
Description of Work: I had a plumbing leak in the master bedroom. I hired Servpro to come and clean it up for me. They had to pull the old carpet up and clean under it as well.

+ 0 moreThe couch Servpro cleaned was so filthy we considered throwing it out and purchasing a new one. That would have cost several hundred dollars however, so we gave it a chance. The cleaner arrived when they said he would, and he went over that couch at least three times before he was satisfied. He seemed to be a perfectionist because it looks brand new. It appears we made right decision.
Description of Work: Servpro New Braunfels cleaned the upholstery of one couch in our family room.
