+ -1 moreThe service was good as usual (I have had no problems after the tune up). I have used them since moving to san marcos severl years ago because the prior owner used them and they installed the current heat pump. However, I will no longer use them. The last two service technicians were more concerned about selling me equipment and a new heat pump than actually servicing the one I currently own. According to another technician that works there, the owner has been putting pressure on them to sell heat pumps, etc. I no longer trust the company. I cannot be sure a recommendation to replace a part reflects the opinion of a worker or pressure from the owner.
