the technician didn't clean up the shavings left from his drilling but other than that he did a great job worked hard and long and got all the fans installed

They were punctual, and timely. Overall, very pleased with the result. Could wear footies, other than that, very pleased.

The work was extremely expensive! I was surprised. this was an emergency. My regular electrician was unavailable. I felt other electricians skills were insulted by the person representing this company. I would not hire this company ever again, but would make them honor their warrenty which they do have. Part of the job was completed. Austin came into my home and seemed fine. He seemed kind and professional, but he seemed afraid to answer questions about my electrical problems. He also would not answer a simple question at the end-he would not even listen to my question that he would not have gotten in trouble for with his company. He kept telling me it was a liability issue. It actually wasn't. It was a simple question any electrician could answer. This is my home. People I hire are guests in my home. I expect to be respected in my home. My question was something any electrician could answer so therefore my next project would be with a company that is concerned about their customers and realizes that is where their money comes from.

The electrician did a superb job. I was told the job would take about 8 hours. It did. Thus I was able to schedule my day accordingly.

Mathew has gone the extra mile to provide me what I want regardless of the difficulty to install.

Very nice people and good customer service. Probably not the lowest cost as they use flat rate fees, but quality work. Good communications and very friendly.
