He was very personable on the phone. He came and reviewed the work that needed to be done and determined that a part would have to be ordered. Other than waiting for the part, he was quick and efficient. He did not mind at all when I asked him to change the direction of how the shower valve was turning which he fixed right then and there. He was very pleasant to work with and very good. He did not try to over sell me items or services. He was quick and clean. He did not leave a huge mess. He just came and did the job I needed to be done. He did it right the first time. Nothing leaks, and I think this was the best plumbing experience I have had ever! For the work he did I thought he was very reasonable. I am very happy with his work. I intend to use him again if needed.

So far, all I've spent is the $7.99 for membership. This removed the anxiety and was well worth it. John arrived very fast and took a look around and determined I do NOT have a water leak! Couldn't have been nicer ! I will definitely call him when and if I need a plumber.

They're just an excellent company. If it's an emergency, they make every effort to get out that day, if not, they'll be here first thing in the morning. I would say their price is comparable. They're only licensed plumbers, you don't get helpers trying to pretend like their plumbers.
