+ -1 moreFOR THE MOST PART, I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, BUT SOMETIMES I WONDER IF THE SALT IS REALLY WORKING. I THINK THERE NEEDS TO BE A MONTHLY MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM. IN THE BEGINNING, YOU COULD REALLY TELL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WATER, BUT NOW I CAN'T TELL.
Description of Work: THE AMOUNT OF $28.90 IS THE MONTHLY FEE THAT CULLIGAN CHARGES FOR THEIR WATER SOFTENER. THIS AMOUNT DOESN'T INCLUDE THE SALT.

+ -1 moreCULLIGAN WATER CONDITIONER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR SERVICE IS ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. EVEN WHEN THEY MESS UP, THEY MAKE IT RIGHT.
Description of Work: DUE TO RENTERS NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO, SOFTENER AND SYSTEM REPAIR HAD TO BE DONE IN ORDER FOR SOFT WATER TO WORK.
