 + -1 moreWHEN I WENT BACK TO GET MY COMPUTER, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, AND IT WOULD BE READY THE NEXT DAY. I WENT THE NEXT DAY, AND TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I DIDNT GET MY COMPUTER BACK FOR ANOTHER WEEK.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY COMPUTER THAT I HAD BOUGHT TO THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL A HARD DRIVE, INSTALL THE SOFTWARE, AND PUT A CD BURNER IN IT. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY IN A FEW HOURS.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE WAS FAST AFTER THE CLERK WAS ADVISED THAT WE WOULD TAKE OUR COMPUTER ELSEWHERE TO HAVE IT REPLACED. THE WAIT TIME WAS GOING TO EXCEED 3 DAYS. WE GOT THE COMPUTER BACK IN A 1 DAY TURNAROUND. TIME.
Description of Work: THE SCREEN ON MY LAPTOP WAS GOING BLACK. I COULD NOT SEE THE IMAGES ON THE SCREEN AT ALL. I TOOK IT IN TO HAVE THE LCD REPLACED.

 + -1 moreTHEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND REINSTALLED MY OPERATING SYSTEM WHILE SAVING MY DOCUMENT FILES. MOREOVER, THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE WAS $50. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE $50 FOR THE REPAIRS. INSTEAD I WAS CHARGED $25 BECAUSE IT ONLY TOOK AN HOUR TO FIX MY LAPTOP. THEY WERE QUICK TOO.
Description of Work: MY LAPTOP WOULD NOT BOOT UP. I SUSPECTED IT HAD A VIRUS OF SOME SORT, BUT I COULD NOT ERADICATE IT.
