Azure Pools

I really think Azure pools is great. I have been using them for 2 years to service my residential pool on a biweekly basis. They have done repair as needed. This time they replaced some parts on the Polaris. It is hard to imagine you could find a better service. I highly recommend Azure.

The gentleman came out in a very timely manner. He was punctual and very intelligent on swimming pool items. He checked the items that needed to be checked. He measured and inspected the items. I was told by him that I will hear from him with-in an hour for the pricing. Well, I waited until the next day and didn't hear anything. So, I called the gentleman twice the next day , and he finally answered and explained two different pricing. 1. a 50 feet wired swimming pool light for $450.00, and $85.00 for labor.2. a 100 feet wired swimming pool light for $550.00, plus $85.00 for Labor. He answered the quotes as if it was at the top of his head. I guess he didn't remembered he measured the distance in the wiring. Well, I found the exact lighting fixture for $265.00, and$15.00 shipping. I paid $280.00 for the lighting system. I then installed it myself. I don't know what happened to the measuring the gentleman did? So I understand the Labor pricing, but the lighting fixture? There is a $185.00 dollar price difference, on the light fixture with wiring.

I've been through several pool cleaners in the Hill Country, and Azure is head and shoulders above the rest. They provide reliable, high quality service with high integrity and reasonable prices. They are very knowledgeable about the most complex pool systems and unfailingly polite and responsive. I can't say enough good things about them.

I have used for about 4 months on a bi weekly basis for cleaning and chemicals and this week got a new polaris. I am so pleased with Azure Pools and I give my highest recommendation.
