This company is owned by a couple of college students, as they will tell you, that have no idea how to clean a house. I called them and explained that my husband and I were selling our home and having pictures taken and needed it cleaned. Over the phone they told me that for my 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1250 sq. ft. house, it would cost between $200-250 if we had them clean all the windows, inside and out, as well as deep cleaned the entire house. They said the windows would cost approximately $130 of this, so we opted not to do the windows. The day of, Melanie arrived thirty-minutes late. She came in and asked what we wanted done. I again re-explained and said we did not want to do the windows, but needed the blinds cleaned. We have 13 small windows in our house. I then told her we needed the stove cleaned and that dusting was extremely important, especially on the ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. I also told her we needed everything cleaned for the photos. A few hours into the cleaning, Cache arrived to assist her, he is a co-owner and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. They started around 9:45am and were finished around 3:30pm. I was busy working from home and so I wasn't paying attention to what they were doing. When they were done I asked how much I owed and Cache said Melanie should have gone over it with me before they started. I assumed since they told me $200-250 with the windows costing $130 that without the windows it would be between $70-120 plus a little more for the blinds. He told me it was $190! I asked why it was so much and he said they spent a lot of time on the blinds and the oven was really dirty. He said $55 of that was the kitchen. I begrudgingly wrote the check, they left, and I continued working. When my husband got home he walked around to look at what they had done and was furious! We had cob webs still hanging off the lighting fixture and fan in the kitchen and bedroom, dirt still on our kitchen floor, dust all over our bedroom, and it looked like they didn't even run a sponge over the counters or sinks in the bathroom. I checked the blinds and several of them still had dirt on them. All of the window sills had not been touched, baseboards disgusting, it basically looked like they did the bare minimum in most places and then charged me top dollar. Keep in mind my house is 1250 sq. ft.! I have had several people clean my house before and do the exact same thing they did, blinds and all, and charge me much less ($100), AND washed my sheets and did a MUCH better job cleaning. Needless to say, I felt cheated and taken advantage of because I was busy working. My husband called to complain and Cache was very rude. When my husband told him we had someone else out before that had done a better job for much cheaper, his response was "Why didn't you call her then?" Completely unprofessional! We didn't call her because she moved. He also said our blinds were horrible and the oven was disgusting...um, the oven is an oven and had been cleaned about 9 months before. It was not that bad and to my recollection, they were only in the kitchen for about an hour total. Plus, the some of the blinds still had dirt on them, so they didn't do that good of a job. When I called him back, he was rude to me as well, and I returned the favor. He said that this was his business and he had to make money. And that they were here all day and that is only $20/hour...I am not a math major, but 9:45am-3:30pm is just shy of 6 hours. At $190, that would be $31.66/hour. I told him that it doesn't take a college degree to clean a house and that is why most people don't make $25/hour to do it. We simply did not have the time, but could have done it ourselves. They offered no refund of any kind but said they would come back and fix it if I wanted. At that point I did not want them setting foot in my house again. These people do not know what they are doing and are completely unprofessional. I have pictures of all the dirt still in my house after they "cleaned" it. They are overpriced and the quality of service is absolutely horrible. Do not use them!
