It was a difficult problem to isolate but AirOne stayed on top of everything and kept me updated with the situation. AirOne took very good care of us and even when things looked grim, they kept grinding away. I can't over emphasize the quality of work that AirOne provided. They are professional, responsible and always keep the communications lines open. In fact, most HVAC companies would have quit and told me to replace the system. Instead of thousands of dollars for the new system I got the existing system fixed and has been working well ever since. After moving here from Dallas, where I had some excellent contractors, I am excited to have found (actually they were recommended to me by one of my neighbors) such a quality organization. Performance and service, such that I received, is difficult to find but I have definitely found the company I will be using for my HVAC system.

Been using them for years. We have kind of an old system. So they give us options to either patch things up or do different levels of upgrades. Never felt like we were pressured into an upsell. Highly recommend.

They were prompt to come out and explained everything that they worked on. The gentleman was patient and answered all of my questions.

Awesome. The diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part. Sent reminder text and email that they where coming on the scheduled date. Fixed the problem. Will continue to do business with them.

At the time of writing this review, I have agreed to use Air One to replace an old A/C system, including all new duct work and moving my furnace to the attic. The house we have purchased was built in the late 20's and is was never properly fitted with a well designed A/C system. Two of our living spaces do not currently have air supplies, and the air return has a gas line running right through it! While I had other companies come out and give me an estimate, I felt like I was being treated like a commodity, given a standard system without much attention to unique needs of my home. That was not the case with Lance, from Air One. He told me that he could normally provide some general quotes or system recommendations after meeting, but with my home he recognized a need for a complete system redesign. He took two days to put together a new system, and provided me with 4 units options. I especially appreciate his honesty in sharing that the higher end systems would not be a cost savings, but would give me the best comfort. It would take nearly 20 years to recoup the electric / gas savings, but I would be guaranteed with reliable heating and cooling. There was no pressure, only information and attention to detail. The other companies quoted me system that were and quot;closeand quot; in price, but didn't include reworking of my ducts (which are at least 30 years old) or the level of education and explanation why these systems were being recommended. As my new home is over 80 years old, I have met with a lot of electricians, plumbers, roofers, constructions companies and heating/cooling companies. Lance definitely stood out and I highly recommend Air One!

They were the only ones able to perform the service on a Sunday when our A/C went out over the weekend. They were prompt and courteous. A little pricey, and they really wanted me to sign up for their maintenance plan , but I just needed my A/C fixed. They're a good option for emergency service in Kyle.

Air One acknowledged being short handed for technician's at the time we needed service so they were not as responsive as they normally might be. However, to their credit, the owner came out himself and did work on our house on several occasions - even on weekends. He was very apologetic for the delays and did excellent work. In spite of the delays - we are pleased with the work.

On Saturday night the A/C stopped working at my daughters house, the fan would blow but it wasn't cooling. On Sunday we looked on Angies list and found AIRONE AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING and gave them a call. Just like their ad said it was a real person who works for the company not an answering service or machine. We told them of our problem and the lady told us that they would have someone out here in about an hour. In about 20 minutes the service technician called and told us he was on his way and would be here in 15 minutes. He showed up and went and checked the system. He then informed us that a gecko had gotten inside the unit and fried the relay to the compressor and that was why it wasn't cooling. They only took about 15 minutes and we had cold air again. He didn't have the exact right part but did have an emergency part that would work and told us he would be back with the correct part on Monday or Tuesday depending on where they had to get the part from. He then told us that the $79.00 service call included a complete A/C check and proceeded to check the whole system. When he had finished we asked him with the age of the system did we need to buy a new one? He said that it would save us money on energy cost but that the system was still in good working order and that we didn't need to spend the money on a new one if we didn't want to. It is honesty and professionalism as well as prompt and curtsies service like this that is hard to find these days. I would recommend Airone to anyone who has a A/C problem.

They actually responded promptly even though it was Labor Day week-end. They came as promised (with a call to update us that they were running late) and tried to save us some $ by trying to fix the motherboard, but that was not successful...it had to be replaced. The gentleman who did the work was professional and clearly wanted to save us the extra expense of the replacement motherboard. The bill was very reasonably priced.

THE GENTLEMAN DID A GREAT JOB OF CHECKING THE SYSTEM OUT AND CALLING ME FIRST TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE BEFORE REPAIRING. HE RECOMMENDED A CHECK OF THE OTHER AC UNIT AND DID A GREAT JOB ON REPAIRING THE SYSTEM.
