He reviewed the other outside faucet and fixed that one right up as well saving us money avoiding a second trip. They came out on a Sunday and only took a couple hours to fix both faucets.

Description of Work: water leak under my mobile home. called a different plumber first and they were a "no show". Called Superior and they responded within about an hour and the job was completed in less than an hour. Showed the plumber my problem. Advised him that while he was fixing the leak I would also like a cutoff value installed.

+ 0 moreOther plumbers we called either weren't available on a Sunday or tried to gouge us on the pricing. Mr. Cerda gave us a fair price for weekend work, and he did a great job on the repair (I watched him through the entire process). He is very knowlegeable and dedicated. We were so impressed that we hired him again to replace our water heater. He is trustworthy, down to earth, easy to work with, and very reliable.
Description of Work: On a weekend, we had a leak in the pipes between the city water meter and our house. It was a crisis with water just flowing into the dirt and starting to create a sink hole.

+ -1 moreCompany owner came out to house and did a thorough job of inspecting, better than any other of the 4 companies that came out. Did not charge an inspection fee, which impressed me. Was courteous from beginning to end. I recommend him and company very highly.
Description of Work: Superior re-plumbed my house because of a leak in the pipes under the foundation. They did a great job, really prepared the house well and cleaned very well afterwards. Top professional.
