Everything went as discussed... very professional, and timely installation. NO complaints.

I had ordered some rain chains and a rain barrel online. On the day of Installation the items I ordered had not yet, arrived. RGV Rain Gutters installed anyway and, told me that they would return to install the items I had ordered. This would ensure a more professional fit. Awesome service.

David, was great. He came to my home and gave me a free estimate. We decided on a price and date. His team showed up on time and got the work done surprisingly quick. My mother had gone with another company from the Valley but the quality of the material was cheaper and they never returned when we called them to repair an issue that popped up soon after installation. I haven't had to call RGV Rain Gutters for a problem yet, but I don't suspect I will because these Gutters are well made and installed right--should have done this long ago.

They were very accommodating when I made requests about what I wanted done. They where a pleasure to work with. I felt the pricing was very reasonable.

Fast and friendly

They installed one area following the roof lip but the result was a noticeable bow in the middle. Had them straighten it even though it went below the lip line. They said it could cause roof leak but I convinced them that it was OK and I would not fault them. I will add a wider lip line to that area later. Rain in the area is not normally a problem.

Our particular job was very difficult due to the height and 45' length of the 3rd Level Eve. This contractor went out of his way to insure we were satisfied. Very satisfied and will recommend to others.
