+ 0 moreI step above OUTSTANDING!! I enrolled in Reliant Energy's plan that provided me a Nest Learning Thermostat that not only controls but interfaces with Amazon Echo (Alexa). Both Reliant and Nest had Middleton on a list of Professional Contractors to contact and negotiate with for installation. I call 2 different ones and Bob was not only reasonable he serviced my HVAC system AND did a perfect professional installation on the Nest. I don't give him an A, I give him an A ++! He made a customer for life of my wife and myself.
Description of Work: Service Central HVAC system and install NEST Learning Thermostat.

+ -1 moreMartin called before arriving at my home. He worked professionally and answered all my questions. Bob (owner) came out also and they evaluated my system and explained that the condenser needed a protective cover due to the proximity to the Gulf. They got me up and running and even shored up the frame holding the A/C
Description of Work: Cleaned evaporator coil, repaired condenser, put a cover on the new condenser, installed a heavy duty box, air filter, replace all of the freon.
