We had over 300 linear feet of fence replaced, 3 gates built, nutrient rich dirt spread, and 6 pallets of grass put down. Steve was very agreeable throughout the entire process, he even hauled off debris unrelated to the project. Steve worked very hard and kept working when other people would clock out. Steve will do your project to your satisfaction and guarantees his product. I highly recommend Zee Lawn and Fence

He used auger near our home without locating the gas line and hit the main gas line to our home. Due the age of home the line was not up to current code so it was going to cost 8 k or more to fix. He refused to help with coverage of fix. We were without heat and hot water for 3 weeks ( through the holidays) due to his negligence. Both gates that he built have never worked properly. Multiple boards have broken. .Have to use excessive force to open and close due to it not lining up. He has tried to fix .. but honestly I don’t think he knows how. Gates are not even 5 months old.. and he says they do not work due to our negligence. And the day he finished fencing.. while we were dealing with broken main gas line to our house he was threatening to sue us for lost wages if we did not pay in full that day by 5 pm....

The customers gas line was previously installed with pvc piping improperly and not to code. The customer was reimbursed for the cost of repairing a gas line as well as an inspection. An auger was not used to dig this hole as it was adjacent to their garage. Lastly I returned to their house numerous times for repairs caused by their dogs for free however I did advise them to call me if they had any issues. The last contact with this customer [Member Name Removed] stated “I was forcing the gate closed and it broke because I didn’t want to call you.” Due to the customers negligence the gate broke. At this time I refused to service the gate hence the negative review. Additional this customer was not charged for clearing trees 1 days labor nor a metal frame for a double gate which was replaced 3 times because she was insistent on me building it as her electrician advised and because she wanted to save money by not paying for a metal frame but wanted a wooden gate 14 feet in width. Ultimately I paid for a metal frame and did not charge the customer I also replaced the gate posts twice per her request at no charge. Lastly this customer was offered the option of me trenching the line for her new gas line but wanted to withhold payment for the fence which was completed until I did the trench work. At this time I withdrew my offer and advised per the agreement that payment was due since the fence was completed per our companies policy.

What they promised us they did! The timeline, price quoted, and professionalism and politeness was exceptional. Steve, the owner, even made additional fencing work to for our pets without any additional cost! We also have a neighbor interested in hiring Zee lawn and fence 🤗.
