The best experience I've EVER had with ANY contractor..

Went well. Small problems were nothing and handled like it was a pleasure to assist in any way they could. One day and the job was done to my complete satisfaction.

Emailed Yuras for initial contact, responded with email and call within 48 hrs. At house for estimate with 48 hrs, Robert came and inspection roof from outside and inside. Gave us estimate for repair 1000 and estimated 2-4 yrs. life left on current roof. Then we had them estimate for the entire roof; $10K was what we expected. Scheduled work within the next week. Completed within 2 days. Cleaned daily!! Very Professional and exceeded our expectations!!

They did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call them back. The owners came out, gave me an estimate, inspected and did a great job.

They did a very satisfactory job. They were prompt and their supervisors came to make sure that everything was being done properly. They also cleaned up beautifully.

This was the first I had used their services and I was pleased with the work they did. They did offer information to me about the venting they were doing. They did clean up well when they were done. The next day both owners came out to look at the finish product and to make sure everything was done.

Brian Yuras came and gave me options that worked for me, such as ridge venting (he made it look good). His estimate seemed fair, but I really went with them because they were Angie's List winners. I could relax knowing a good job was being done, and I was not disappointed. The workers came and worked hard. People were there when they were supposed to be there, and if anything didn't please me (which was only once), it was always taken care of ASAP. No hassles at all. Old-fashioned service, not happy until your happy kind of business. They were able to replace some rotting facia board and cleaned up really, really well. They work quickly and do it right. Extremely pleased with this company.

I made an appointment to get an estimate, and Robert Yuras arrived punctually and measured the roof. We discussed the roof tear off and the need for a new roof deck. After seeing the vaulted ceilings in the house, he recommended a radiant barrier plywood. I had been interested in the radiant barrier, but my only concern was the cost. He assured me that he could keep the cost in line. I received the estimate the next day by fax and was pleased to see it was within my budget. After approving the proposal, Robert started watching the weather because he needed at least three clear days for the tear off and roof installation. Robert kept in touch with me regularly over the next two weeks and then started work after a series of storm systems left the area. The roof was completed in about two and a half days and the crew put in 12 hour days. Robert started the job and then turned it over to his foreman, Lucas. The crew was polite and professional and didn't seem concerned that I watched just about everything they did. Tearing off a thirty-something year old wood shake roof is a tough, messy job, but they really handled it well, while keeping my property clean. Despite the beautiful weather, Lucas had the roof fully dried-in late the first day (just in case). Robert Yuras made periodic reviews of the progress and kept me informed along the way. The crew performed a thorough clean-up job and Robert even made his own pass through the yard with the giant bar magnet to make sure they got all the nails. The roof looks great and my wife and I could immediately feel the effect of the radiant barrier. The house is much more comfortable on bright sunny days, and you can not feel the heat permeating down from the ceilings above. This is a fairly large residential roof and Yuras Roofing handled it professionally and at a reasonable price.

Owners Robert and Joe Yuras arrived on schedule for estimate. Estimate was given the next day. Workers arrived on schedule and worked for a day and a half. They worked hard and as quietly and neatly as possible. The owners were on site two or three times to oversee the progress. The following day Robert and Joe came by for a final inspection. Most contractors I've dealt with never even bothered to ask how you liked the work. Yuras kept in touch through the whole process and answered or returned my calls promptly. Great hands on customer service!

It went well. The workers arrived early on the expected day and got right to work. Robert came by and explained what the workers found and what was going to be done. They finished the bulk of the work the same day. Robert had to return to finish up some caulking and paint the flashing.

After a home inspection left us with questions concerning the roof on the house we were purchasing, we sought expert advice. Because we were in the option phase of the contract, time was short. I checked the list and called the number given for Yuras Roofing. No one answered and I left a detailed message that I was needing someone to come and give an expert opinion on the roof, as well as an estimate. No one returned my call, so the next morning I called the same number, as well as the alternate number. Two weeks later and no one ever called me back. Fortunately, I had also called another company on the list and the owner met with me in less than 48 hrs. Thanks to him, we were saved from unknowingly buying a home with extensive hail damage and we were able to renegotiate our contract. That company will be replacing the roof just as soon as we close on the house.

My son had selected another roofing company; I told him I would check Angie's List. The other company did not have good referrals, so he called Yuras. They came to do the estimate when they said they would; completed the work when they said they would; cleaned up afterwards; price was in line with the other estimates.

Excellent from start to finish. Donna was really pleasant to deal with. The workers were very good and careful, did a great job on clean up and did an excellent job fixing the roof.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful an experience dealing with Yuras Roofing has been. We received other estimates and theirs was the best. They stripped the existing roof off, replaced it and left our home and yard as if they had never been there (with the exception of a beautiful new roof). Beautiful work, and all interactions were professional and pleasant. We couldn't ask for more.

Was so impressed with the initial meeting that I stopped getting bids. The price was in line with 3 others. Very professional.

Good work, fair price. Call him and get on the list. Keep doing the good stuff.

Very pleasant and responsive on the phone. (These are very nice people.) Hard workers in the broiling sun all Saturday and Sunday. Did an excellent job, and were right on the estimate. They made this a no-muss, no-fuss roof for me. I have recommended them to my next-door neighbor, and now both she and her son have scheduled to get Yuras roofing jobs done. I really could not be happier that I went with Yuras, foregoing a 10% cheaper estimate from a company that has not faired so well on Angie's List. Who needs the hassle? (PS: It has rained since the work and all is well.)

We are very pleased with this contractor because he identified a problem on the roof that if it was not connected it would have caused problems in the future.

I was so very happy to have found this company on Angie's List. They are very professional and did an excellent job of replacing my roof. I was also very impressed by the way they cleaned up, so well in fact it was like they were never here. I can easily recommend them and will use them again if I have to.

Estimate and start of the work was delayed because of all the rain in San Antonio. However, they kept us informed by phone, and when were ready, advised of a time and were there as promised. Don't know what time they started, as we were out of town, but finished in one day. We arrived as they were finishing, and were pleased with the work and the clean-up. Bryan Yuras inspected the work the next day. He explained that the final bill was $100.00 higher than the estimate because of hidden damage caused by flashing not installed by previous roofer. We are very pleased with the way they explained the work to be done, kept us informed regarding scheduling and the final result.

Robert Yuras listened, 'heard', worked within my budget constraints; estimate thorough, defined each step (unlike other companies contacted); provided a complete and final inspection. Excellent company!!!

They arrived 4 hours late after getting held up at their last job. Called & told me right away that they were running late. When to expect them. As soon as they got there, they started working. They were very punctual the second day, finishing up about 2PM. I would have liked to have had Robert Yuras Jr., who wrote the estimate to have come by & talked with him once they started the job. I never saw anyone from their office. Since I was not home when he did the estimate. However I did talk to the office person to make the apt & confirm exactly what I wanted. They didn't remove all the old felt from the back of the house. My neighbor informed me, but I talked to the person in charge who made sure they did it on the rest of the roof. He told me they didn't generally remove the old felt. This is something I thought was always part of removing the old roof. They were very efficient. They did a good job of cleaning up everything afterwords. All in all I was pleased.

Due to bad weather, the work could not be done as soon as I had hoped. As soon as the weather warmed up, a crew of 8 came out and completed the project in one day. The next day, the contractor came out to be sure that the work was done correctly and that all debris was removed and the yard thoroughly cleaned.

We had a hail storm earlier in the summer, called Yuris Roofing, the owner was here within a day, prices were very reasonable, answered all questions,told us exactly what he would do. The roofers came on a Monday morning, had 3/4 of the roof on the first day, came back the second day, started to rain but they worked until the roof became too slick to work safely. Finished on the third day, cleanup was amazing, not one piece of trash left behind. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants a good company to work with.
