Yuras Roofing

It was beautiful. The 8-man crew completed the job in a day and a half and did an excellent job. The owner of the company inspected the work several times throughout the project.

They did a great job, in fact we had a little problem around our chimney. There started to be leaking and they actually came out in the rain to fix it. They did a super job. We appreciated the personal attention, he was really attentive and firm. They price was also very reasonable.

It went very well. They are very responsive.

We called to get an estimate and Robert Yuras came out within a few days. I did not need to be home for him to do this which meant that we did not have to take off from work. We obtained three bids and his was the best price and workmanship warranty for the job. After we signed the contract the company arranged for us to go by the roofing supply company where we were able to pick up shingle samples and bring them back to the house to decide what style/color suited our house. The job was scheduled in two weeks and completed in one day. So far so good! Had our first rain and no apparent leaks.

It went perfect. They came on time and did a good job.

Did not go well as they said they were too busy and tried to get me to use a brother who worked at Randolph AFB and would get with me on the weekends. I told them I would rather deal with a company rather than a part timer with no connection to an existing business.

They were fantastic. A lot of my neighbors got new roofs as well. My insurance approved getting a new roof, and I went to two or three companies, eventually settling on Yuras. They were very, very professional. I recommended them to some neighbors, and two of them also used them. They are customer-oriented.

The overall experience was an A. They were here when they said they were going to be and it was right on estimate. They were in & out in a day and completely picked up after themselves. I would use them in future if needed.

Everything was an A with them all the way through. They came out, did the estimate and then they came back when they said they would. They were on-time, did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves so well that you wouldn't have known that they were there.

They were very professional. I was very impressed with them, but I ended up going with a smaller company. They were very helpful! The prices were reasonable. They came right when they said they were going to.

Donna and Liz were professional and helpful on the phone. My appointment for a free estimate was scheduled, and Joe Yuras came out promptly. He was thorough in his explanations and recommendations. His estimate was reasonable; all of his staff and crew are polite, respectful, and professional. We did have some unavoidable delays, due to the weather, but Mr. Yuras stayed in touch with us the entire time, and closely supervised all work through completion. Once begun, the job was completed in less than the estimated time, and they did an excellent job! We are very satisfied with our new roof, and we would highly recommend Yuras Roofing.

Unbelievable! It was raining and I?m sure they were busy but Yuras Roofing was able to send someone by within an hour. Even better the price for the repair was below what my insurance company said it should cost, which was wonderful because the damage was below my deductable!

I told him I wanted a light color roof because I thought it would reflect the sun more and didn't want a dark roof on my home. He talked like the dark roofs are just as good as a light roof. The facia boards also need to be replaced and I told him I wanted treated lumber and he said that he would use pine but I don't want pine. He just rubbed me the wrong way.

They came out and then sent me the bid over email. They followed up with me to see whether I had decided to roof the house or not. They were very responsive and they seemed to know what they were doing.

He did a top notch job. He recognized that they were two different kinds of jobs and did the work accordingly. He took the gutters off the house and replaced the ones that need to be replaced and hauled the gutters off. He explained everything and did exactly what he explained. His workers and his painters were contracted to him and worked with him. He told them when to come and they did a very good job. They even did some extra work that didn't pertain to the painting of the fascia and everything around the roof and charged a reasonable price. They cleaned up after themselves. I don't think I found a single nail. It was just as good a job as we would want to do.

I wasn't sure if the roof needed replacing or not, and so got three estimates. In addition to being the low bidder, Mr. Joe Yuras explained why a new roof was a good idea, how he would handle an existing leak, and was patient with all my questions. He further explained how they would handle any problems they might find. (Other than my leak, they found no problems.) They were working about 10 days out, further delayed by some rain, but completed the job well within reasonable parameters. Once they began, they finished in one day! There was some pick-up on the following day, but they were fast, professional and organized. I was very pleased with the result.

They were very clean and I didn?t find a nail or anything after they had completed their job. They cleaned up after themselves really well. Their price was very competitive and in line with most of the providers. I was just impressed with the whole procedure, and they were very professional about it. I have had no problems at all. It?s a family operated business and they always send a member of the family to come out and give you an estimate.

I got three bids for the replacement of my hail-damaged roof. Not only was Yuras Roofing the least expensive, their estimate was also the most thorough. Joe Yuras was in regular contact with me to let me what would be done and when. They were fast, pleasant, conscientious -- and they left my yard and driveway cleaber than they found it!

After a visit to the property and inspecting the roof, a proposal was mailed to me. I accepted their proposal and mailed the paperwork to the company. A day was scheduled for the work. Twice it was necessary for the company to call and give me a new date for work since we had rain for two days. On the day scheduled, the work crew arrived when promised and the crew went right to work. The whole job was finished in one day. The yard cleaned and all debris hauled off. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I called Bryan Yuras for an estimate on replacement of my roof. Mr.Yuras came over and walked me through the complete job from start to finish and showed me several diffrent products for replacement of shingles,ridgevents, and pipe covers. I hired Mr.Yuras completely on his profesionalism and work ethics displayed while I spoke with him for over 2.5 hours. Everything Mr.Yuras told me came true from the time the work crew showed up to how my yard would look when the job was completed. I would like to say a couple other things about Mr.Yuras that really impressed me. During the roof repair a few pieces of plywood needed to be replaced and Mr.Yuras had picked the wood up because I did not have a vehicle that they would fit in. We agreed that I would just pay cash for the plywood. When Mr.Yuras returned with the wood I was about $20.00 dollars short on cash so he payed for it out of his own pocket and told me not to worry about it. The profesionalism this individual diplays far exceeds that of any contractor I have ever hired. The bottom line here is I would hire Mr.Yuras again even if his bid was more than other roofers, because he has absolutely worked quality into the product he sells. They did a great job. We had originally contacted them about 2 months before the work was actually done, but because we were also having new siding installed, it was decided to wait until the siding job was finished. They came out and flashed the fireplace chimney so siding could be applied. Then they made a second trip to finish the roofing. They did all the work in one day and cleaned up the site very well. A day later a piece of drip edge flashing fell off, and they came back and replaced it the next day. One thing I did not like was that they refused to accept a credit card without a $100 added fee and they would not give us the Angie's List discount. The reason given was that during the delay in starting the work their price had gone up, and they were honoring the original bid they gave us.

I planned to replace my roof when I replaced the siding. Once I decided to use Yuras, they gave me several shingle types & colors & the addresses of other homes they had done to help me decided on the color. On the scheduled day to start, they were here promptly & immediately started work. All equipment & supplies were here. When they were finished they cleaned up the yard & left it clean. Once the roof was completed, they used Quality Seamless Gutters to replace all the gutters. Again, work started on the planned day & area left clean.

It went great. They were very professional from the time I called in for an estimate to the full completion of the job. My sales person was very knowledgeable about his products. I felt comfortable using this company because everything about the job was fully explained to me, and my sales person left me with no unanswered questions. They completed my roof in one day, and the crew was exceptional. When my job was complete, my yard was left very clean, and I honestly felt I had the best looking roof on the block. I will use this company for any roofing needs that I might have in the future, and certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
